Amazing hotel in excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. We had a gorgeous well designed room with fabulous views of the city and it was equipped with EVERYTHING you could dream of. Mini bar was also included in the rate and the bathroom had ALL amenities. Spotless room and the whole hotel felt very clean. Gym was small but good!
Great bar to have a drink at and beautifully designed restaurants. We had dinner in the restaurant on the roof and it was delicious. Worth every penny!
They advertised a pool - but the pool is 15 mins away and doesn't belong to the hotel. So we didn't use it in the end- a bit disappointing.

Charmant hotel, bien equipé, tres propre, parfaitmenet situé.
Personnel compétent, souriant et acceuillant.

Rien !

The breakfast was not extensive but just right. Most of what you would like to eat in the morning was there. The location is fantastic...the city view is beautiful
All good

Great location for our needs. Quiet neighbourhood but a few stops to Shibuya or Shinjuku as and when we needed to go there.
Beautiful clean rooms with well stocked and complimentary mini bar. Great view of the city.
The restaurant/bar, the Belcomo, has a real NY Brasserie feel to it. Buzzy place popular with locals for brunch and lunch so make sure you book if you want to use it.
Complimentary hot drinks and smoothies every morning.
Front desk staff were outstanding. Super polite and helpful.
Nothing really - TV options limited but that is common in Japan. Found the sports replays I was looking for on YouTube.
4.5
Lovely large room with great shower and bathtub. Nice toiletries amenities and all minibar was free and well stocked. Very clean. Toilet in separate small room. Bed comfortable (firm). Nice bathrobe and slippers. The Belcomo restaurant felt fun and modern. Nice drinks and good breakfast. Exceptional attentive staff.

The staff was above and beyond at every level of customer service. Hayato Furugori was the kindest and most helpful. If I were upper management, he surely deserves a promotion immediately. The rooms were spacious and amenities top tier.
There was not one negative.

It’s in a quieter neighbourhood of Tokyo, making it a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and making it family friendly. The rooms are clean, staff was amazing and breakfast options were delicious. Thank you Aoyama Grand. We loved staying there and look forward to coming back soon.

The modern design is great. The room was big and the view was amazing - also from the bath tub ;)
Breakfast was really good and the Sushi restaurant on 19th floor was outstanding. We did not try the other restaurants.
The staff was super friendly, fluid in English and very kind.
Last: the location is great, Omote Sando can be reached by food in a few minutes.

Absolutely loved the location which was walking distance to Omotesando and close to the subway entrances. Great supermarkets and convenience stores at your doorstep. Super buzzy reception at L2 right next to the very trendy Belcomo restaurant (good food at decent prices) topped off with excellent and responsive service from the front desk. Loved the complimentary mini-bar and some of the unusual complimentary offerings such as the use of a hair iron or sports attire for the gym. Rooftop bar looked gorgeous and cozy, though we didn't spend time there and just popped our heads in for a look. Overall Wes Anderson aesthetics very on-point at the moment!
The mattresses weren't very thick and not very comfortable. A small desk which could be used for working off a laptop would have been useful - currently the living area had a sofa and armchair with no practical work surface - though this would be nitpicking as it's meant to be a vacation!

Loved the 1960s theme throughout the hotel. The eye to detail was amazing: the 60’s style furniture, carpet, drapes, art work - impeccable. Our corner suite was very spacious with a great view. The daily complimentary mini bar refill is also a nice touch. Fantastic restaurants in the hotel, with the sushi restaurant a highlight. Hotel location good, close to subway and walking distance to trendy neighborhoods. From here on in, the AOYAMA will be my home away from home when in Tokyo.
Nothing. IF I was pushed to pick something, as I stayed in the summer, it would be that there is no pool. But the deep soaker tub in our large bathroom did make up for no pool.

Great location. Convenient to train and shopping.
not good breakfast- not good options but top floor had a 'breakfast' but very expensive and not edible. Would be great to have some better breakfast options.
4.5
Great Location, close to the subway and walking distance to great shopping areas and restaurants.
Could do with a swimming pool and gym.

We had the club level for our stay. This was really upmarket compared to when stay at chain hotels. It was so nice to come back in and enjoy a drink and snacks in a nice environment with a great view in the Rossi restaurant and outside at the Top. staff were really nice and accommodating especially Noah, he made sure we had a nice place to sit even when it was busy.
All the staff up there were great. Breakfast was lovely too with champagne on the buffet and top, quality items to eat. Reception sorted our early airport transfer. giving us coffee while we waited and ensured our bags were loaded, they were amazing every time we stopped by. There is a nice selection of restaurants too in the hotel for when your feet are blistered from too much sightseeing. will definitely return.
Nothing!

I stayed here with my 15 year old son for 4 nights and it was fantastic. It is our first time in Japan- the room was immaculate with every little attention to detail you can imagine. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and gracious. While it was expensive, it didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect as we could walk to many attractions and easily get on a train or take a taxi from the hotel. The soaking tub with a city view was just what this tired mom needed. The days were hot and the room stayed very cool. We got the morning breakfast with our room and it was wonderful, particularly if you enjoy Asian food. My teenager thought it was a little too “fancy” but he loved the food.
Nothing at all.

housekeeping is inconsistent - they left the mop in the room 1 day, and forgot to take out trash for another day...

Really comfortable stay. The rooms were very big by Tokyo’s standards, complimentary mini bar which is stocked with good snacks and drinks, good restaurants in the hotel building, and good service staff. We stayed with our 10 month old and the room came with a baby cot, and there was enough space for us to leave the cot in the room, so that we could relax in the living area after she went to sleep.
The only one small down side is the lack of a swimming pool. It would be 10/10 if they had one!

If I could give it 11 I would. Exceptional in every way. Beautiful spacious and well thought out rooms with great views over Tokyo. Gorgeous large bathroom and very comfortable beds….. and a very well stocked mini bar!!

The location, and friendly staff.
The bed was too firm and not comfortable. There were no closets in the room although I had the deluxe room. The housekeeping could be better, for some reason they don’t touch used coffee cups or plates unless you tell them to do so.
