Great location if you are attending an event at ASU. The morning breakfast has a great variety and was very good. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

The only drawback is that there are not many places to eat out. There is not a restaurant in the hotel. There is a bar and the food from there is good, but minimal.

Location was great for Tempe. I didn't try the breakfast since my favorite breakfast spot was a walk away. The facility was clean and well maintained.

The flipside of the location being great is that the Phoenix light rail runs right past the building. Consequently, there was some noise from that. Fortunately, I had ear plugs with me so it wasn't an issue for me.

Same as my previous stay. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel as it is within walking distance of the Rock n Roll races. Room is small but comfortable for price.

I unfortunately was disappointed with the staff of booking.com and the staff at the hotel this time around since I was still charged for a 3rd night despite me calling the day I made the reservation to adjust it and they had told me that they did no problem. Then I showed up to check in to the hotel late at night and the staff at the hotel told me that I was still booked for 3 nights but it was no problem they could adjust it. Lastly as I was checking out the lady told me that I was still booked for 3 nights and there was nothing they could do about it so that was disappointing because I may need to consider a different hotel next year I am doing this race even though I really do like this one.
