Great rental! We plan on coming back again this fall! The only complaint would be the CHEAP toilet paper they start you with. Bring your own!

Only things that would be great to add… 1) stopper for master tub— couldn’t be used 2) deadbolt or additional inside lock for main condo door and 3) hot pads to remove items from oven

The owners have done a 10 out of 10 job on this 4 bedroom, 3 bath perfect property. Clean, comfy, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and the view is pure perfection for sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. I requested early check in, as flights arrived at noon, and I was told that “shouldn’t be a problem.” I mistakenly took that as a “yes.” We killed 4 hours and then — Check in was disappointing as the code didn’t work, nor did the 3 following codes that were provided. We waited for we’ll over an hour and had to throw away ice cream and some frozen treats, as they melted very quickly. (Note to self, grocery shop after checking in.) A nice guy finally showed up to fix the lock and code system. We were offered the opportunity to check out late for $112.00. I relied that we’d like to stay until 2pm and would like that at no charge because of the check in debacle. We were offered no charge until noon - an extra two hours. We really wanted to take advantage of the time, so we did pay the $112.00 - which should have at least been reduced, if not waived. We spent time down at the beach and pool and really enjoyed ourselves, came back up to rally for the airport —— and we were locked out, as the code expired well before the 2pm check out that had already been charged to my credit card. Very, very frustrating codes/locks situation. We were stressed about being late for the airport, and we’d like that $112.00 fee waived and reimbursed. But again, the actual property is pure perfection. Would highly recommend - though property management team needs some help with those locks. We are grateful to the owners for providing us with the perfect get away spot for 3 life-long 56 year old pals to catch up and relax. :) Thank you!

BIG condo with plenty of room for everyone. It is decorated nicely and the kitchen has a gas range with double ovens. The balcony is large with lots of seating. And, of course the best part, the view is amazing!!

This was the cleanest, best equipped condo and beach location we’ve ever experienced - and that’s saying a lot! The condo was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, the kitchen is super well-equipped, the 3 king beds means the adults were all comfortable, the twin beds were great for our grandkids, and the finishes and furniture were top notch. A small fan that we used to help dry bathing suits wouldn’t work and was replaced within minutes when I texted Vacasa. The grounds are well kept, the two swimming pools are great, and the beach service rental folks couldn’t have been more accommodating! There is a need for many more poolside chairs, but the pool maintenance man told us that more are on order. The only inconvenience was having to park a third vehicle (3 families coming from 3 locations meant 3 vehicles) off-site - but that was a minor inconvenience, and off-site meant 2 miles away in a safe location. We highly recommend this listing!

I’ve been coming to this section of beach nearly my whole life. This is the best condo we have ever used. It had a great amount of space. It was clean and well stocked. On the second floor, you could enjoy the ocean and still be close enough to enjoy being near family at the pool. The pool is great for kids because of the zero entry access. Definitely recommend!

Other than having bad weather all week, we had a nice trip!

The unit was very clean. Everything you needed during your stay for cooking your food. The area was convenient.

We were very impressed with this rental. Everything was nice, modern and clean. Very spacious as well. Plenty of space in the pool area as there are 2 pools. Right on the beach. Perfect place for our spring break!

Beautiful, clean, new paint in hall, living room. Furniture is comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and bright. Nice furniture on the balcony. Love the large refrigerator. Quick and easy connection for your internet devices.

Enjoyed our winter stay at Blu - the condo was clean and well stocked. Hopefully will be able to stay again. Tip: remember all the entrance codes. We left our phones at the room and went to the pool. Didn’t remember the exit code and our two year old needed to go to bathroom :) No one around to help but we finally got her in!

We had an adult trip 8. This condo is just as seen in the pictures. Great stay. Extra roomy. Will definitely consider again for next visit.

I usually stay at the Waterscape but this year I decided to try something new. I found Blu online and it appeared beautiful and great location so I booked condo #204.
Day one I was very disappointed with my choice. The property and beach location was beautiful but Blu condo #204 was very much unkept. Many items were either broken or dirty. To name a few: the towel rack on the back of bathroom door had a broken rod and was hanging so it would not hold a towel; inside shower door handle completely missing which made it a bit hard to close the glass door (later found handle tucked under bathroom sink in cabinet); toilet clogged; headboard loose and leaning against the wall (I hope you don’t toss and turn in your sleep because all you hear is the headboard against the wall); two full length wall mirrors unattached and leaning against wall; broken framed pictures laying on a rack above the washer/dryer (clearly it was once hanging somewhere); baseboard trim in kitchen between stove and refrigerator unattached and laying on the floor (we had to keep setting it back up); coffee pot had a crack in the glass pot so we couldn’t use; water and ice dispenser in refrigerator door did not work; soaking tub had some sort of red stuff stuck to the outside on one end of tub; vase broke in family room; pulling the off/on chain on the ceiling fans felt like the fan was going to fall (all the fans were very loose); walls were scuffed and dirty; the outdoor cushions on the balcony were so filthy I did not even sit on them. The cushions appeared as they had never been cleaned.

I understand this is a rental but the price your guests are paying, one would expect to have a clean, functioning, well kept condo.

I would not recommend Blu condo #204

Loved the accommodations!! Great pool for my grandkids and awesome beach!!

Loved this condo. It was beautiful and just the right size for our family. The beaches are beautiful and not as crowded as Destin. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great and the room was extremely spacious. The best condo we have stayed in while vacationing in Florida. The codes only took a day to master and then it was so nice not carrying a room key around. The property was always well maintained, pools were awesome and the beach access was right in front of you. The staff were always making sure everything looked perfect. Shout out to Megan at Lazy Day Rentals for an awesome job with the beach chairs (well worth renting additional chairs for the week for a great reserved spot). It was so nice having four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a spacious living area…no one ever felt cramped. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. When returning to the area, this is the only place I will be staying!

Very roomy, close to everything. Vacasa called a couple of times to check on us. Wonderful place to vacation.

Check in was very easy, the condo had so much room for our family. We love that it has three large bathrooms and kitchen was a great size with large island. We loved the location of the room and loved the view every morning. We are renting the same condo for next year.

Already trying to book the same place for the same time next year! My favorite place in Fort Walton yet!

Excellent stay. Property is very nice. Even the folding trundle bed is very nice mattress. Just a note for those with young family members. The main entry door does not have a deadbolt. My 2yr opened and walked out. This would be my only downside to the type of “code” door handle they use. There is no internal lock to keep secured. This unit comes with underground covered parking. Check in and out was super easy.

Beautiful stay! We really enjoyed this place. The view is amazing.

Everything was as perfect as the pictures of this property! I had a mixture of family and friends in the area and saw 4 condos over the weekend throughout my travels, this was by far the nicest, most updated, cleanest one. If I had to give an area for improvement it would be, having easy options for additional parking, but that really wasn't a big issue either. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice sized condo- newer and modern. Comfortable furniture, beds and nice sized deck right on the ocean. Appliances were newer and all worked fine. Plenty of dishes and cookware as well. Big TV’s in most rooms and a large dining room table with 8 chairs. Would stay again.

This was a beautiful condo with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. Plenty of seats in Living and Dinning areas. The kitchen was well stocked. Was able to do laundry during the week which was good since there was an 18 month old with us. Keyless entry was great for coming and going as each one pleased. There were 2 issues: one was that one dining room chair had a very loose leg. If we had brought an Allen Wrench we would have repaired it. The other was the thermostat, which ran cold. Was set at 75 but would go down to 72 at times. Tried adjusting but didn’t seem to matter. There’s a humidity level on it as well which may have been the problem. Some instructions would be good. Our family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean condo resort and so close to the beach.

Perfect beach front property. We loved to big windows and sitting on the patio to view the beach. The beach was not overcrowded and there are chairs specifically for BLU residents. The condo was spacious and fit 9 of us very comfortably.

We loved our stay at Blu 204. The condo looked exactly as it does in the pictures, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great, we had plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. The water in the ocean was GORGEOUS. So clear! We also loved having the option to use the pool too. We had 4 adults and 6 kids in the unit and never felt crowded. We are already talking about coming back again next year!
