This condo is awesome. It was clean, has any kitchen appliance you may need, washer/ dryer, bathrooms attached to every bedroom plus an extra half bath. Every room has an ocean view. Great location right by the pools and beach. Perfect for kids, we had our 18 month old with us and he had so much fun.

This is our second time at waterscape and first time at this unit. We absolutely loved it! It was super clean, kurig and coffee pot, plenty of dishes/cups, grilling utensils. It was so nice being on the first floor too with some extra room outside for the kids to run around. The wrap around porch was really cool and the view of the ocean inside the unit was amazing. Definitely recommend this place!

The condo was perfect for my family of 6 + my mother in law! We already plan on renting again next year!! The location of this particular condo is fantastic for a short walk to all of the amenities (pools & beach). The place was clean and well stocked with supplies needed for our 4 day stay - we had no complaints!

We love this place for an annual beach trip with our kids. It’s so close to the beautiful, soft-sand beach and has lots of pools to keep the kids happy. We don’t every have to leave the property because we enjoy the beach, the pools, and relaxing in the condo.

If you are looking for an amazing view of the ocean and steps away from beach and pool, this is the place!! It’s the closest condo in complex to the pool and beach, you can’t beat it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun for my toddler. He loved having his own little nook and it even has a TV in each bunk. The complex was great, the pools and lazy river were amazing. A little tiki hut bar and restaurant right by the pool was great. Perfect getaway for families, everything was super kid friendly. We will be back again!

We've booked this condo now for 5 years and this year it seems to need some maintenance improvements for the price you pay, Called 4 times in regards to lighting issues and was finally told it's a hoa problem not a Vacasa problem. Pipes in the wall by the bunk room sounded like they were trying to come through the walls at 3am. Could use a deep cleaning as well. We are hoping the improvements are done for our next visit with better communication between Vacasa and the HOA

Our expectations were met in so many ways. Starting with the amazing views and convenience of our main level condo. We stayed in unit B100. Patio access and beach views from every bedroom. Boardwalk/beach access and pools very short walk from the unit. The pools are nice and white sand beaches were great. Kitchen and unit overall was nice with most everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front desk gals were extremely helpful and polite. We had ordered a home chef delivery in advance to our trip, and when it arrived they sent me a text notifying I could come down and get our food delivery. Anything we needed they were on it. That’s white glove treatment. Several pools onsite including a lazy river, tiki bar and grill, and several bbq grills throughout. Next time we will bring food to BBQ instead of cooking in our unit. Walking distance to several restaurants across the street as well. We would def recommend this place, and will consider staying here again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family! The view was amazing. Nothing better than ground level, looking straight out onto the ocean. The condo was exactly as described, and property was clean and super family friendly. The kids liked being able to play at the pool for awhile, then head to the beach for some more fun. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!

We were an extended family of 9, including 3 kids. The place was very clean and there was plenty of sleeping space. We had everything that we needed and communication w hosts was great. Everyone found their groove; grandparents loved the patio, views , beach, & restaurants, kids and parents loved the multiple pools, lazy river and all the fun stuff nearby: parasailing, visiting the dolphins & alligators,etc...a great trip. We will be back! Thanks!

Best location with easy access to beach. Rooms are small and furniture pieces are shin splitting but you won’t find a better view. Well equipped kitchen. Fits the whole family. We stay here every year, never disappointed.

Very large and luxurious condo with beautiful views from inside every room and from the very large covered patio! Perfect location to beach and pools!

Waterscape unit B100 was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It is accurately represented in photos. The patio wraps around with all 3 bedrooms having access and a view, there is also nice patio furniture to make sitting outside enjoyable. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and extras such as a Ninja blender. The kids liked having their own bunk bed "nook" space where both beds had their own TV. There was also a TV and DVD player in each bedroom and plenty of bathrooms providing enough options to keep a large group happy.

This gorgeous beachfront condo did not disappoint for our girls’ trip this week! Although the weather did not cooperate, we found a new home away from home that we will definitely revisit! The condo was everything we expected based on the pictures. We will be talking about this place for years to come!

In the last 3 yrs, he had beautiful porcelain tile laid through out the entire condo, bought new furniture in living room, twin bedroom, king bedroom, new king and queen Sealy Elite mattresses, wish I had one at home. (added area rug under king bed this year) new flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and this year added 2 TVs to the bunk room. New paint throughout this year. Painted the kitchen cabinets white and added new refrigerator, kitchen stove, kitchen sink faucet with hand soap dispenser and while we were there this year he added new microwave and new washer and dryer!
We love the ocean view!!! We don’t have to look through railings! Being on ground floor we have quick access to the pools and the beach, no hallway or elevators to deal with. Kids have grass area on right of the unit to play. We rented A100 for three years prior to B100. Same owner! Same improvements. B100 has a beautiful sunset every night from our lanai.
Waterscape has 24 hr on site security, covered parking and if you have an issue arises they quickly resolve any problem. You don’t have to try to get ahold of the owner. They keep the grounds clean and are constantly painting. They drained the big pool, lazy river and hot tubs this year to paint and replace navy blue tile around the sides. Staff are all wonderful.
Also right across the street is AJ’s Oyster bar and Resturant with almost nightly live music, Old Bay Steamer wonderful seafood and BBQ ribs!! And just down the Street the amazing Stewby’s Shrimp Shack and right next door Stewby’s Steamer and fresh fish/shrimp market. You can eat in, they’ll steam your shrimp or you can by fresh and take home to cook. We got 1 1/2 lb Snow crab, potato, sausage and corn to go and took back to condo. Heaven in a sealed tin pan! Cashes liquor store is also across the street. Amazing selection! Gas station on corner if you need milk, bread etc. Publix is right across the bridge! With that all that said we’re booked for same time next year in B100. But Vacasa has other wonderful units and this one is available except for Dec 29, 2022 to Mar 1 2023.

We came to B100 3 days early this year to begin our stay. We’re still here and don’t check out until March 1. We’ve stayed in this unit for 3 years, Jan 1 to Mar 1. It’s a fabulous unit that the owner had completely renovated. Luv it!

This condo was amazing. The view was unbelievable. The ocean and the sand were all awesome. Warm water. The condo was furnished with everything you need and it was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

The location was amazing! We loved having the beach just steps away from the condo. The condo itself was nice; it was nicely decorated and was decently clean. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. When we arrived at the condo, it smelled heavily of grease. We assumed the previous party had a fish fry because of the grease smell and the fish scales and guts left outside the back patio. I know it’s not the owners fault but it was pretty gross to have all that and scattered trash outside when trying to enjoy the beautiful view. We ran into an issue with the oven not working. A Vacasa maintenance person and service tech did come try to fix it but we were told the entire oven would need to be replaced as a bunch of grease fried the computer board on the oven. It’s sucked since we had bought a few items that required baking. Other than the oven, both can openers in the kitchen were broken, a drawer was missing from the front guest bedroom, the lock on the back door is broken and difficult to open, and the smoke alarm from the kitchen was found in a dresser drawer in one of the bedrooms. We were provided with a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, roll of paper towels, packet of dishwasher detergent, a few trash bags, a packet of laundry detergent, small hotel soaps in the bathrooms, two kitchen towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths, the kitchen had everything we needed: a Kuerig and regular coffee makers, pots and pans, a couple baking sheets, measuring spoons and cups, mixing bowls, a couple Tupperware containers, a blender, a griddle, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockpot, and plenty of dishes (they were all glass so bring plastic plates/cups for the little ones). Even though we had a couple small issues, we still had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return to B100!

Loved this beautiful condo!! The beds were great!! Plenty of towels! The view is amazing & so easy to get to the beach & pool!! The few issues we had (stuck shower door broken patio chair) were handled promptly! Already booked our stay for next year!!

Loved the unit. The location was perfect. This is the first time we have ever stayed on the bottom floor. We loved it. It was only steps from the wooden path to the beach. So convenient and perfect homebase for our kids to go back and forth from beach to pool to room. Bedrooms were small but beds comfortable! Wish there were barstools. Overall, highly recommend and will return!

This unit is much more attractive than the pictures show. It has been updated very nicely. The mattresses are very comfy. We all slept like a rock. The unit is perfectly positioned with the Gulf right outside our door. Perfect when you have little ones in your group. We will definitely book again.

The view was amazing!

The place is gorgeous. We loved the view and sit outside to drink our morning coffee. The bad... checking in took a long time. We were told the room was going to be ready at 4 but it took an hour after that to be able to get in.
Cleaning was not the best. There were blood stains in the master bedroom sheets and sand on the floors.
Bring: trash bags, toilet paper.
Nice surprise: They had a very nice blender to do mixed drinks

We’ve stayed at Waterscape, Jan and Feb, for the last 6 years. It’s a wonderful complex with24 hr security, covered parking, elevators to use to visit friend’s throughout the condo, heated pool, kiddie area, lazy river, (not heated), lg pool with Kid stuff to play on, (not heated) but kids don’t seem to mind) 2 jacuzzis, gym and a front desk with personnel available for questions, receive your mail, etc. Always helpful and courteous.
B100 ground floor condo is fabulous. We’ve stayed in this particular unit the past two years. It has been completely redone. Last year the owner added new Twin beds, dresser, bedside table and lamps to one of the bedrooms, all new matching ceramic flooring through out, new dining table chairs/benches and painted kitchen cabinets white. Made a dramatic difference. This year the owner added new side by side frig, microwave, living room furniture/TV console/sideboard, 55 in Samsung TV, new King-bed, with matching dresser/bedside tables and new 45 in Samsung TV. He also replaced the king mattress which is heavenly to sleep 😴 💤. But the very best part of this condo is the view. Rain, too cool to be outside or just your preference at the time, you can sit in the living room or stand at the kitchen sink and see the magnificent ocean. There are two patios angled on each side of the condo, a door on the east corner of the living room opens onto the patio, with concrete walk to access the west patio. From the east patio it is a very short walk to the wooden steps/bridge to the beach. Also use the east side for sunrise view and west side for fabulous sunset views. We love the west side because it is so private and you have grassy area for grandkids to play. There’s about 3 feet of grass in the very front of the condo before the sand dune starts. Rest assured you can see over the dune. Great patio furniture! Octagon picnic table, tall round table with 4 tall chairs, 2 chase chairs, 2 other chairs and 2 side tables. You can’t go wrong! We love it here and have booked it again for 2022 Jan and Feb.
You will also love Fort Walton and Mary Esther. They both have too many great restaurants to count, but don’t miss Mary’s, Sonny’s BBQ, Neighborhood Cafe, Crab Shack, etc. Publix grocery is right over the bridge, AJs Shanty is just across the street for lunch and dinner. They have live music almost every night. Stewby’s Shrimp Shack is right down the street just past PutPut golf and Ice Cream shop. Cash liquor store is right across the street too! Destin is only 6 miles away, but we prefer to stay in Fort Walton. Book this unit and have a terrific time. You can’t go wrong.

180 degree view of ocean from living room. 2 patios with furniture. Only a few steps from the dune. Our 2nd Jan and Feb stay in B100. All new furniture, new ceramic flooring through out, new Samsung 55 inTV in living and 45 in master br, new king mattress this yr is wonderful!! We are booked again for next year. Highly recommend this unit to all! You won’t be disappointed! The staff at Vacasa are also wonderful! Responsive to any and all needs! We stayed in A100 for 4 years. It is exactly like B100 with same new upgrades. It is owned by the same gentleman! Highly recommend it too! Both units walk straight out onto the grounds. Wonderful for children!
