I loved the views
When we got to the condos, the ceiling fan and light in the master bedroom didn't work. Also, the tv in both rooms didn't work. It took them a day and half to come out to fix things.

The kitchen was well-equipped and very nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to restaurants. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning.
The decor was dated and the condo had not been well-maintained. It was relatively clean, but upon arrival, we found trash scattered on the balcony. We were unable to get connected to the internet until the second day and only after we were given access to another unit’s password.

Dated furniture. Patio furniture appeared to be in the worst condition compared to the other units. Musty smell. Master bedroom had strong BO smell by the desk. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Guest room shower not functional. Shower door for master bath constantly fell off the tracks and was hard to open and close. One of the elevators was broken when we checked in so taking luggage up was a challenge. After that day both seemed to work but were incredibly slow. Carpet was very dirty.

All Floors were sandy and kitchen floor had flooded with water from a leaking dishwasher. I reported it but no one came to see about it.

The furnishings in the room are overflowing, overwhelming in size, the carpet is nasty looking, the kitchen has too many unorganized accessories stuck in crazy places, no proper broom, dustpan, or vacuum to use. The furniture reminds me of a place people send their unwanted outdated stuff just to get rid of it.

Location and beach front was very good. The property is older but nice. Came with beach chairs to relax on beach. The air force planes flying around was interesting. Seemed quiet, did not hear neighbors up stairs or next door. The condo is on the end so has better view.
The toilet paper was not good. No cleanex or dish soap to wash pots and pans..just dishwasher soap. The air conditioner cooled well but was so loud in the bedroom when it first turns on it can wake you. The doors on fridge should open into kitchen so awkward when cooking. The place could be a bit cleaner, I understand being on beach but found sand on couch, table and around TV when first got there. The sliding door was hard to open.

Great 👍 Birthday!!! The 3 queen beds are the best! It was a 60th Bithday gift from my wife, along with a fishing trip... so my son & I slept well which is a blessing for this old man-lol! Too bad that my grandson had to work but, we will be back!!! Thank you.

The amount of cleaning they expected. I do always clean but that's also what they are paid for.

i liked the convince for the area. it was a beautiful stay. i liked how there was beach chairs that were available. the easy access code to the condo. the pool was clean.
the check in time was not negotiable & that was frustrating especially because i could not get ahold of the property for a sooner check in time due to traveling 12 hours to arrive. i waited 4 hours to get into the facility. i would have liked to see more deep cleaning. the carpets looked dirty & the bed frames, etc where dusty. the ceiling has some possible water damage. there was chipping of the ceiling in the rooms. the cabinets in the kitchen need maintenance they were broken.

Great stay with family. Staff. Was very nice. Apartment nice overall. Needs some small t bings updated. The floor of the condo was dirty. Appeared to not have been mopped for awhile. Our feet got black walking from bathtub to room after showing.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed the spacious room and beach access. It was a little expensive for the stay but we really enjoyed our stay.
We didn’t like that we had to buy all the toiletries and kitchen stuff because we had left overs that we couldn’t take home.
