Unfortunately I'm unable to answer the question, upon arrival which myself and 3 friends did at 2300hrs there was no one there to greet us and allow us access to the apartment! Upon making contact with the number provided which was done several times there was no response just ringing out to answer machine! Then changed to number does not exist, however after about the 7th call somebody answered, when asked the obvious question I was advised the room was not available. So again another obvious question why was I then able to book the apartment via booking.com and why is there a pending transaction of £80 on my account. I WAS THEN ADVISED THAT THE BUILDING HAS A GAS LEAK, which seemed strange being as we could blatantly see people were in the building. Whoever the staff member is that should have been there to do their job had clearly left ahead of time, and from the background noise which I assume was some kind of Bar/Party they were at had no intention of returning and giving us the service that I had just paid for.

The fact that there was no one there to greet us at a time that is stated on the information regarding checking in which is 2300hts and there was no apology for the wasted time or any offer of another room when asked, just a blatant lie!! Money has been offered to be returned however only verbally.

nothing at all. we were violated, our privacy was invaded and we are extremely distressed following our trip.

nice family environment to stay and good transport location.

nice and lovely location less than 3 miles to city centre and come with a car park.

The location and the price

The property stank of smoke The interior was tired and in need of investment. Who ever did the decorating must have flicked it on as it all over the switches sockets and floor. The beds are old and have no support. The flooring is in a poor state All the internal doors do not shut properly Some of the kitchen doors do not match The shower head is broken The shower screen leaks water all over the floor The light fittings where old and dirty. I could go on and on . NOT GOOD AT ALL

We had no hot water. It was dirty smelly broken window blinds wouldn't open . 1 dirty bed with stains, no hairdryer as put in the description or toiletries. Broken cupboards. Dirty bath that hadn't been cleaned at all. Would never recommend any one to stay here. A disgrace to appear on booking.com which has always given us great room.

Actual flat was not bad, but the host should be a lot more organised.

I emailed the host with an enquiry about a week before arrival, no reply. Arrived at the place and called the host multiple times, no answer. Was looking at other places to stay as we thought we had been sold a fake place or something. Eventually got through and said he would be 10 mins, was over an hour, that’s on top of the hour we had already been waiting at the place. He said he had told us where he had left the keys but he had not. Took 3 times of asking to return the deposit before he finally got around to sending it. No toilet roll in the place either.

Host is responsive very nice and respectable person, location is good few mins away from town.
