no hot water so couldn’t shower, no toilet paper, shower wasn’t very clean around the edges, the shop that holds the keys is ridiculously out of the way especially for people coming in on a train and not driving costs extra in a taxi that’s if u can get one on a match day as they don’t come to Talbot rd on math days very silly when there is a shop on the corner that could be the drop off point. everything ok apart from that

Amenities were OK, location is good for Old Trafford and the local area.

Keys had to be picked up from a convenience store in Chorlton, an approximately 3.5 mile round trip, which was not stated at the time of the booking. Wanted additional money to drop off the keys in person instead of using a typical control of a keysafe on the premise. The flat was filthy and hadn't been cleaned since the last tenants had been in. The housekeeping service were excellent when they did arrive and cleaned it to a reasonable level, but the head office did little to keep in touch in comparison to the housekeeping company. Alongside this, the flat (while apparently new) had obvious damage to the walls and shower that have either been neglected or badly patched. The hot water thermostat had been manipulated and turned off so no hot water for the first day Getting a hold of the office was a nightmare, and according to 1 lady from an answering service, they don't even field their own queries coming in. Alongside this, their booking platform is poor and using booking.com to masquerade through seems disingenuous and caused confusion on when money was due to be paid. A real shame as this would have been a great place to stay in the area instead of the myriad of corporate hotels. However the management company need to be more transparent and proactive to ensure that people staying do not get a sub-par experience before i recommend the location.
