very clean and spacious
a very small thing might be getting out of the parking area, but it’s no real issue at all

It was definitely a retreat with a beautiful lush surrounding. It was very easy to locate and is only about 27 mins from the CBD. It had plenty of space with 2 decent sized bedrooms. It was well stocked with pantry items, a washing machine, and a TV to stream our favourite platforms. Great value for money.
The only minor issue was that there were no power points in the bathroom.

Everything about the accommodation was more than what I expected. It was very comfortable for my sons as well. Great location as it was close to family and so peaceful. It was well stocked evem though we had taken our own.

Location was great as it was close to all parties we needed to visit - the area we were in was very quiet & peaceful but handy to everything we needed

A very comfortable bed
When we arrived there was dirty rubbish left in the bin. Surfaces to kitchen and bathroom covered in white powder and fridge dirty. I spent half and cleaning before placing out items in. Also not as private as described. Very noisy from upstairs and outside from dogs etc. If you like cats it’s ok as cat kept coming to door and what may have been a nice outlook, wasn’t there was a ladder to look at.
We left early and got a small refund

The place was very clean, tidy, spacious and heater easily warmed up the area. The rooms were dressed up beautifully, the shower was fabulous. Everything looked fresh and new. We weren't there during the day so didn't get to appreciate the outdoor area which looked lovely. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we misplaced a key which we felt terrible about as we feel like we let her down, she was understanding and kind about it.
The cooking top (elements) werent really useable we struggled to get heat out of them so used the grill to cook, the vacuum suction was not really working and toaster had to be held down to work. Also very little room to cook so probably best to stay if your eating out a lot. Nothing big and we let owner know so are sure these will be addressed in the future :)

The food was all there for us to help ourselves to breakfast. The location is beautiful up amongst the trees.

Fabulous place. A little hideaway. Donna our host was lovely and extremely helpful.
Silverstream is a great place to base yourself. It meant we could get to Upper Hutt, Kapiti coast and Wellington with ease.
No socket in bathroom.

Pillows supplied weren't very comfy, two of the three lamps didn't work, fan in bathroom quite loud. All very minor things that didn't bother us overly

Home away from home with everything we could possibly need, very comfortable beds and clean and homely. Easy access to shops and in a beautiful quiet location. Highly recommend and will definitely love to stay again.

I was not aware that the hosts actually lived on the top floor of the property with shared front door access (along with our own sliding door access). This was more like an AirBnB and I would not have booked it had I realised that.

I loved the space it’s basically a 2 bedroom flat under the main house. has everything you need for 1 or more stays. it is close to restaurants and supermarket etc. quiet peaceful location.
I couldn’t see the number from the narrow driveway so I was a bit confused on where to go the first time. The driveway is a bit narrow. I could see a few people have mis judged where to turn the car.
