This is near to beach but kept like garbage, so you will not able to enjoy your stay .

No cleaning at all, towels and other facilities are very poor quality. Breakfast even tea is not available even 7:30 am. after giving order it was taking minimum 30/40 mins. caretaker is need to ask about expectation & comfort of travellers & is co-operative but need huge improvement in property, service & facility. Over all poor service & not meet expectation.

The host was very kind enough to let us check in little early as we landed into goa early morning. He sat with us and arranged for a barbecue dinner which was very kind of him. Kudos Sagar

The Beachfront property( exterior) is not shown and we assumed the beachfront property to be like the villa shown. Apart from the size of the room there weren’t many differences in room facilities. The beachfront room doesn’t justify the price charged. The single room villa was much more cozy and felt beautiful to stay in.

Would not recommend anyone who is visiting this property based on the images. The image shown as room exterior is actually a reception room. The room is located in 3 story old building far from room service. The host has listed a couple of flats in the building on booking.com. all the walls are rusty. Only the interior is newly painted and he has put the pictures on the site. 2. AC is some 20years old which makes noise like 1900s generator. 3. Now the worst part is the Bed. It makes notices like it can collapse any minute. The matress is 3 inch foam old matress. 4. They do provide wifi however the signal will come only at one specific area and forget about mobile network inside the room. 5. The host is good until you ask for checkout. He will make sure you do not checkout early even though you are disappointed with experience.

Location is great, In the heart of all the happening places , yet tucked away in peace.
