Local transportation was very far so without car it was not possible to travel anywhere

The apartment is just perfect - a lot of space, very clean, well furnished, you have all needed. It is a very quiet place.

take into account, Emmetten is not on the lake, you should drive uphill, and every ride to attractions adds this up and down time from/to Emmetten

The apartment is in a really nice location, not too far from Lucerne (20 mins or so). The apartment is modern, clean and the amenities are nice. we really loved the spaciousness of the place. Kitchen had all amenities and the cutlery is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and so were the quilts. Bathrooms are both nice, one has a tub and the other shower stall. The balcony wraps around the apartment, which is nice. The bar & restaurant is right under the apartment, which helped with food etc. The staff Daniela is super friendly. Pia the owner’s wife was also extremely friendly and nice. We really enjoyed the warm hospitality and we would love to be back here. There is a Volg (mini market) within a 5 mins walk but it is quite expensive, so best to shop at Coop (a short drive away).

The apartment is lovely ! it’s a walk up 2 flights of stairs, which I had not anticipated, but we managed to get our luggage up the stairs. It was a bit warm and with no fans or AC we did struggle to be honest, but then got used to it. Pia, the owner’s wife gave us some tips on how to keep the apartment cool, which worked. Though by keeping the shutter & window open allowed light and sound, which was not ideal. The washing machine is in the ground floor and is shared with the building. So you need to find time to use. Also buy the washing pods.

it was very nice place for the family and we got all our need and it was near to the places we like to see
