The location was outstanding and the actual apartment was perfect for our family of six.

We had a great stay here, location was perfect, there is a small Sainsbury's round the corner, very convenient. We are a family of 5 and we managed to fit in no problem. The only thing was that we were there on the hottest weekend so far and it was quite intense, but that is no one's fault however, maybe one air conditioner unit would be handy to have in the future? It was also very noisy, especially since we had to have the windows open.

The place is very close to St pancreas Station only few minutes walking distance.

There is no lift. Our apartment is at the 3rd floor and is not ideal if you have heavy luggage to take up stairs. During summer time, the place was so hot no AC. The fan provided was so small, not enough to give ventilation or make the whole apartment cool.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. The property looks good in the pictures and has promising aspects, but it feels smaller in reality and although it was clean, it is showing signs of wear. The bed mattresses need replacing and there was no hot water upon arrival or playstation on sight. Upon contacting the owner, he apologised and agreed to find a replacement, but we did not hear again from him. Then he asked us to heat the water ourselves as instructed in the manual. Good thing that we spoke English, knew how to operate an electric boiler and did not need a shower upon arrival. When I contacted him after check-out to discuss the issues encountered he did not reply to my answerphone message or text message. I called again the next day and he mentioned he was abroad and hence he had not received anything, difficult to believe these days and false promises once again, considering he encouraged us to contact him with any issues during our stay. I asked him to provide a small compensation for the inconvenience of not providing the services advertised, but he said we had got a cheap booking and he would not consider it, beyond asking us to stay again with a 10% discount. Why would we invest again in someone that cannot resolve the simplest of complaints during or after our stay? We would therefore not recommend this property due to false advertising.

Very nice duplex well located 2 mn from Saint Pancras station and King’s cross. 3rd floors without lift. Very nice Furnished Kitchen and beautiful living room in the 1st floor of the duplex. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Comfortable bed. On the living room large sofa bed. Very pleasant to spend some days in London. Restaurants are around. You can walk to Camden market around 25 mn and beautiful walk along the canal.

Difficult to understand how to switch on the heat in the bathroom ! We were frozen but then they explained us and all was fine.

It was very clean and bright Has fully equipped kitchen Beds are very comfortable Definitely do recommend this apartment!

Lots of stairs ( if you have heavy suitcases or traveling with little kids, it might be a bit uncomfortable) One bedroom has windows overlook quite noisy street
