Room and hotel is clean

No possibilities to dry used towels after shower Service and staff in the restaurant not professional Taste of the food compared to the price not yummy Breakfast very basic. Bed in our opinion too soft. On the road to the hotel you pass by a very big rubbish dump. Some rooms have a view on the dump. In summary way too expensive for what you get.

We paid twice the amount for our room via booking.com vs as advertised by the property directly, which we found out only at the property after checkin. The staff did not even offer any support despite this discrepancy. Shame, since it’s a nice property.

This review is a bit biased as we paid twice the amount (€255 per night) for our stay for the same room that was half the price as advertised in the property (pic attached). The staff was great, location was a bit off beat but right next to the river, food portions were amazing, the spa was delightful and they had a lovely kids playroom. Overall a 9.5/10 if we would consider the pricepoint as advertised at the property but a 5/10 considering double the price we paid for the same experience.

As mentioned above, we felt a bit cheated that we paid double the amount for our room where we could have possibly gotten a better room or even a villa. We only came to know about the price from the poster that was displayed at the property. While checking in and despite noticing the price discrepancy, the front desk staff could have atleast offered us a better room. This left us with a very bitter experience. Apart from that, a minor thing - the breakfast selection was a bit poor (a la carte) since there were very few guests at the property.

Relaxing environment. Staffs are helpful and very nice.

The place is cozy and enjoyable to stay. The room is clean and the food is exceptional. Love their breakfast and the restaurant is offering many great dishes. Also, the staff has a great sense of service mind and always happy to help.

Stayed in a tropical garden view room and found the issue of air flow of the private pool area. It''s quite hard to breathe and the door doesn't seem like it's good at sound absorbing. May need to consider improving the air ventilation system of the private jacuzzi.
