This property was fantastic. A great location close to everything downtown and close to the water. It was very clean and had a TV with lots of channels and options. It had a king size bed with very comfortable flannel sheets, and lots of different pillow options. All of the appliances worked well and were in great shape. The shower was good and all of the furniture was good as well. The host was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here

This property was fantastic for a weekend in Wilmington. We came into town for a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion. We parked our car on Friday and never moved it until we left. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed great food, drinks and tours. And a great concert, all with this comfy, beautiful VRBO that was in the best location

Apartment, location, restaurant downstairs, parking , every thing was Great ! Absolutely loved it & would hope to stay there again.

Check-in was easy, parking is across the the street in the Public lot. Very Walkable, walk a block to the River Front. Everything as shown, highly recommend. Would stay again.

Perfect location within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants and bars. We also had to travel back and forth to the UNCW campus and this location made it quick and easy! All rooms were very clean with a full kitchen and ample space in the bathroom. The parking lot was right across the street and it was well lit and safe. We will definitely look at this property first during our next trip to Wilmington!

It has everything you need and clean besides the location, the restaurant downstairs looks good but if you don’t make reservations no way to get in. Also the water pressure of the shower was not good but everything else was wonderful. We have to call the number in place to get instructions because the link I got didn’t work but we didn’t get problems getting in.

Location location location! Joel’s property is perfect for a weekend in Wilmington- close to many restaurants, bars, stores, the Riverwalk and more. The parking pass was also a huge plus- the lot was right next to the property. Joel had great communication with me and recommended some great places as well. Definitely will be back!!

Everything was perfect!! We were in walking distance from all of our favorite bars and ate at Tarantellis right below us. Easy check in, comfortable bed and great location!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the place was very nice and clean. We definitely will look this place up again the next time we're in Wilmington. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment is enough room for two and very clean. Location was great as we could walk to dinner every night. Coffee set up provided in the room was nice. Only a few blocks from the riverfront. Having the free parking pass was one of the reasons I chose this location as it's pretty impossible to get free parking this close to the riverfront. The steps in the listing are not the ones that access the room on the 2nd floor. While the property manager asked me if I had issues with accessing the rental with steps, I would have appreciated a photo that was correct. Otherwise I would have provide a 5 rating for this property.

Excellent job of maximized space and perfectly appointed. Joel was attentive and communication on point. Wifi worked well and the water pressure was excellent :) Location is safe and very walkable plus good parking for an area that can be tight . my only suggestion is throw blankets, I say this at every rental cause I’m always cold - lol!

Very clean, location excellent and parking pass is the key. Apartment fully stocked and great ac.. Hotel across the street charges $26 per day for parking. Be careful with other properties unless you want to move your car 20 times per week. Elijah s and the george are good restaurants on the river.

The large sofa showed in the pictures is NOT a part of the unit. It is a common area that can be used during the day. The place is nice and clean, but rather small.

This place was really nice. Very well kept, walking distance to everything down on Front st and Market st. You can’t beat it for the price and location. Would definitely look to rent out this place again. It made my wife’s Mother’s Day weekend getaway so much better.

The condo was great! Had EVERYTHING we needed. Excellent location. Quiet. Awesome porch and Tarantellis restaurant below was fabulous. We will be back!

Perfect location for a weekend in the historic district. Restaurants, coffee shops, the theatre, the river - all within a block or two. The filet at Tarantellis was fantastic. Appreciated the king-size bed. Great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo! It is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in downtown Wilmington. It’s beautiful, clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable place. It also has a nice balcony to relax on. Also, the owner is very friendly and the check in process was super easy. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Wilmington!

The space was great and easy walk to everything downtown. Parking was a challenge. Though parking is provided in the lot across the street, they are not reserved or set aside for the rental units.

Spent the weekend here. We love Wilmington and the surrounding area. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Very quaint accommodations in an older building. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom is small, but has a great rainwater shower that my husband loved! Very minimal kitchen utensils, but we were fine since we ate our meals out. Everything is within walking distance! Be sure to check out The Little Dipper fondue restaurant ( one of our favorites). Joel was great to work with. I would suggest getting some ice cube trays since there is not an ice maker. We would def stay again, but probably during cooler weather. Fall or Spring!

A nice property in downtown Wilmington. Chose this property for its location, king sized bed, and a parking pass. Owner was very on top of everything and great with communication.

Overall this was a nice unit with no significant issues. The building is showing signs of it's age. The shower curtain should be changed.

Really enjoyed our time here. However...a little more attention to appliance and cleaning detail would go a long way. Fridge never cooled well; coffee maker a bit challenging; TV remotes hard to maneuver (but a text to owner cleared that up); and a simple wipe of ceiling fan blades would go a long way. Great location and comfy bed so our time there was good.

This rental was in great condition, very clean and easy to access. The location couldn't be better. Everything is within easy walking distance. We would stay there everytime we are in Wilmington if it's available.

Arrived after 5 pm. Check in easy. It’s a walk up (no elevator, if you need that). Dirty refrigerator and freezer, counter top and table. Had not been cleaned at all—I had to clean a couple shelves in frig to put out stuff in while I contacted owner. Had to wash glasses and dishes before we could use—smeared, smudged, yuck. Cleaned the dry, congealed crud on the counter so we could use it. Joel arrived 10 am to clean as we agreed. He looked at frig, saw the dirty, said that something was a stain—no, I had easily rubbed out a portion, that’s how I knew it was filth. He looked at the freezer which has food crumbs and filth and said “I mean, it’s not that bad.” Not THAT bad? I said if all you want you want to rent to is high schools teens, they may be fine with this but not people like us (adults, over 40). At left and he cleaned what we pointed out. The jars and vases on the tv console hasn’t been cleaned in—??ages. Dust was on the table and visible on other furniture. We just used the minimum, washed anything before we used it to eat with. Listing says it was professionally cleaned—and there’sa cleaning fee, yet it seems Joel is doing the cleaning—or not. The bed was comfortable. Floors seemed clean. Bathroom clean other than dust. Bathroom not fully renovated as listed—guess no one bothered to look up and paint the ceiling, clean the HVAC grate (pic attached if possible), paint the baseboards during reno. Gave communication with owner a 3 because of his attitude about the lack of cleanliness, not his responsiveness, which was great. Oh, no dishwasher in unit as listed. There’s some common area sure adjacent that has a washer/dryer. We asked him what that room was (door between the suites), he didn’t volunteer the info. The rental was the dirtiest we’ve ever rented from VRBO and first time we’ve been so disappointed.
