The loft we stayed in was wonderfully updated and in a unique and historic building in Printer's Alley. If you're looking for hospitable accommodations and a memorable experience, this is the place! The property manager, Darold, was great to work with!

The studio lofts are in a great location right in the heart of Printer's Alley. The room was very clean and all the amenities we needed for our short stay were provided. There was great communication prior to our arrival, and check-in was very simple. We would definitely stay again!

Super location - fun bars right outside the apartment in the alley and only 2 blocks walk to Broadway where all the action is

Clean property with an excellent location.

The studio was within walking distance to Broadway! Check in was a breeze. The property manager even texted me to see what time we would be arriving so he would be sure to meet us there. Studio perfect for my husband and myself. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Printer's Alley is a busy street but the studio was quiet. You couldn't hear the street noise or music playing. I would recommend staying there!

Fun trip and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this loft! The location was ideal. The loft was immaculately clean. What truly set our experience apart was the property manager. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The communication made our stay smooth and stress free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a top notch experience!

We were looking for a place close to downtown and this property fit the bill. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and Darold gave us insights on where to park our car that was safe and priced right.

Close to Broadway. We were able to walk to everything.

This property is just far enough from the craziness of Broadway, but still walkable to everything. Bars/music right outside the door, but you can’t hear any of it in your loft. Cool/funky decor and great kitchen accommodations, even though we didn’t use any of that. Property manager right there on site and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We loved this place and will definitely be back! Darold was so easy to communicate with, and was very quick and his responses. Loved the location and ability to walk to a lot of things.

Everything was great besides a loose toilet seat.

We had a great time on Printers Alley! 2 blocks to everything in Nashville. We were there for a wedding and we even walked to the venue. Live entertainment right outside the door!

Terrific location. We were close to everything and we were able to park our car in a nearby garage and forget about it for the weekend. Our place was clean and roomy enough for my wife and daughter. Darold was super nice and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville.

We loved this place. It was within walking distance of everything. It was clean, safe and the bed was so comfortable. I was worried being right on Printers alley about the noise from outside but we could not hear anything and we stayed on a friday night. The property manager was incredible this is a must stay if you are going to Nashville.

What a great place to stay! Staying on Printers Alley is what’s great about Nashville. Five minute walk to Broadway. Darold has great suggestions on restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, Gir is the greatest watchdog ever! Such a sweet dog.

This is a fabulous property in the best location! A little tricky to drive in for suitcase drop-off, because it is a teeny side street with a bunch of pedestrians, but totally manageable! (Just a heads up) The vibe here is super cool and it's a quick walk to literally everything cool around Broadway. Loved our stay! We would stay here again if heading to Nashville.

This property has fun and food right outside the door! Printer’s Alley has great nightlife, no need to go to Broadway. However, Broadway is incredibly fun as well, and only a few short blocks from this property. Our flight there was delayed multiple times, resulting in two extremely exhausted and incredibly grateful travelers who still received the personal check-in at a very late hour, by the kind and professional property manager. The suite was spotlessly clean and adorably appointed. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Nashville, which says a lot- there are so many wonderful places to stay in Nashville! ***The bed is Ah-mazing!!!***

I can’t say enough about this property. Clean and centrally located to downtown Nashville, we were not disappointed . We attended our 3rd CMA FEST and this ended up being the best decision for my husband and I . We were able to walk all around downtown ,attend all the events while having the ease of walking back to the property to cool off , eat , etc We thought the studio was adorable and nicely stocked . The street/alley “looks” noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was in the building . Those brick walls are a great noise barrier! Speaking of the alley, what a neat little spot. Bars that aren’t overcrowded , obviously great music. Cool little hidden gems off the busy downtown Broadway. Melody was great to communicate with. I highly recommended this property . I should mention that my husband and I also own VRBO properties in California, so my expectations are probably higher than normal . Don’t hesitate , book this property.

Check-in process was easy, manager is hilarious and also just a text away, and the location is prime. You are steps away from bars and food as well as just a few blocks away from Honky-Tonk Highway!
