The location is convenient and close to public transportation. The bed is comfortable.

Not a big deal but the photo advertised in booking.com was the actual house infront not the modern guest house.

A good location for me - an area I know well, a block away from a good restaurant, a quiet location with off street parking, lots of nice hot water in the shower, generous room sizes with pretty much everything needed for a weekend stay. The extra blanket was appreciated during the cool nights!

I really liked the nice clean environment of the house and the easy layout. It was comfortable and relaxing. Netflix, chocolates and food was an awesome bonus. We loved our stay.

Exceptional! We actually booked this property last minute, and it was the only available accommodation at the time. However, Im so glad that we stayed here! The location, facilities, and owners were exceptional. I highly recommend this property. The railway station was just across the road for a trip into the main city of Wellington. And a stones throw away is an awesome pub called the piwakawaka that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner at really reasonable prices

We were very pleased with the stay . Instead of future regular hotels we will be checking in there .Was very quiet and had a fantastic shower. The owner even kindly parked his car on the street to enable us to drive in with our trailer Was a gem of a find. And the bed was fantastic best sleep I had in weeks
