It was a nice built resort with lots to see and nice for a morning and evening stroll. Rooms were cleaned well and were nice and spacious.
At the first day we were attacked by a hive of sting flies. The stings were so bad. My stings resulted in 5 hand palm big hot and sore eggs on my leg. We mentioned the big hive under the chair, and it was removed, but never asked how we were doing afterwards.
Not very suitable for vegetarians. Only option was fried rice with egg and in the morning we could choose from small pancakes, bread or a “day special” (which was the special for 7 days straight) which was a bagel with egg and cheese.
Also, the first day we had breakfast it was a big buffet. Then the days after it was no more buffet and they gave us two options: we could choose from the menu (which all had meat, so we couldn’t eat that), or the bagel. We also got toast and very little fruit for three persons. After three days of the bagel we got really sick of it and they wouldn’t give us any other thing such as the tiny pancakes or French toast (which they all serve at the buffet) when we asked. So we were basically stuck on the bagels. I know it is difficult to do a buffet with very few guest, but at least make them choose, the evening before would be absolutely fine. But to be disappointed with breakfast every day while you’re there is not very fun.
They also offer free bikes to take, but they are all VERY POORLY maintained. The chains fell off. The foot pedal fell off. They squeeked and shaked and we barely came forward. All bikes are like this. If you offer free bikes to take, make sure they are safe to use or at least make them usable.
Staff made lots of mistakes. We should have gotten breakfast coupons but we never got them. When we asked for soda water we got a bottle, not chilled and not opened. When we asked for a glass with ice they offered a bucket of ice for 25 baht, had to ask for an open bottle three times. One time with breakfast we asked for one bagel, and we only got the bagel, without cheese and egg. Just a few examples..

The location was fine. Beautiful setting next to a river and a working watermill.
The breakfast was not the best. Very starch/carbohydrate based. The fried eggs were not the best, but the menu was catering for Thai guests. The noise level of guests was loud from early in the morning. Many little statues around the place which makes the grounds look a little cheap.

Comfort bed, feel like home. Facilities all well maintance. Great hospitality from all staffs. This is my 2nd time visit, definitely will come again.

Simple Thai style hotel close to the main route to Isaan. The stream is a big plus as kids can swim and have fun in small boats. Gardens and room clean and well maintained to a very average standard.
Lots of threatening notices about late check out fines, no room towels by the pool. THB 500baht deposit for a THB15 key!
It seems like they would rather you left them in peace. Room price is high for what is offered. Breakfast is poor. Juice terrible with little comprehension of how to serve the cooked part at the right time.

Was given mask and gloves for buffet breakfast

The whole area was surrounded by a stream with clear water. The owners were nice.
The mattresses were old and hard with a basin-like hole in the middle. Pillows were not comfortable. Only 1 main dish (thin porridge, American BF, or pan eggs)for breakfast is offered free of charge (for room rate with breakfast) but if you want more you have to pay. Most of resorts and hotels I've been they offer unlimited dishes in the days with less customers that they do not prepare buffet line. We can always ask for more. The quiet time at this resort is at 23.00 which was too late because most who went there were families with young kids and senior people who naturally go to bed earlier than that. I had a hard time sleeping on the second night because I had to listen to those who sang and shouted loudly from time to time since 21.30 - 22.30 hrs. They would have had continued if my husband has not had told them to be quiet. And surprisingly, the noise came from the staff house opposite my room. For me, I prefer the place that I can really rest at night to the beautiful room. And another thing, with this price the resort provided only 1 shower cap for the room of 4, hand bar soap, shampoo and shower gel. No cutton buds and travel toothbrush sets were provided.
5.0
The environment, the location, the weather
The sound proof is a bit poor as I can hear next door conversation at night.
3.5
Simple breakfast but good enough.
Location of restaurant was good too - by the creek and you can see the watermill
Generally the place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Would be good if staff could speak some English .. :)
Bathroom facilities :-
Water pressure was low. Rainshower/shower and pipes were very old - somewhat rusty (in my unit - the ones in my friend's were ok).
Other than bodywash and shampoo, there was nothing else.
The dogs roaming the property.

you can order very basic food. not a lot of choices food-wise.

We love the trees and environment. Our child loves the Watermill so much and he keep looking all day.
Breakfast is combination of a main plate you can order and buffet of side dish which we can choose.
The Pool is good and clean. Also, the geese are friendly. (Our child loves animals.)
The buffet is a little bit cold, maybe need something to warm up.

Accommodation is nothing special with simple room and bed. Quality of breakfast is too poor.

Very few of the reviews I've read give an accurate impression of this resort. The entire area, owned and designed by a Thai family living there, has been decorated with such charm and imagination, taking advantage of the adjoining river to build a mill and create a lovely property. There is a circular swimming pool and delightful figurines of elves and woodland creatures in the garden, The rooms are 20 individual bungalows of different shape and size spread about the garden. I cannot comment on the breakfast as they were under Corona restrictions and had very few guests, so could not provide their highly praised buffet.
There are some excellent restaurants near by for dinner.
The only negatives are the road leading up to the resort (which is supposed to be paved soon) and the distance from the National Park (but there are few good places closer).

Nice rustic environment. Kids and adults love it.
Kettle was flaking powdery stuff despite multiple washes. Changed a new one and it was the same.
