Very spacious king room. Super comfy bed. Soft carpet. Very clean. Easy access with code. Great location. Deep bath which was very nice after lots of city walking. Cafe looked very nice although we didn’t have chance to use it.

TV didn’t work well. Very hard sofa. Would be good to have some side tables to put coffee on instead of on the floor.

A lovely room, very comfortable and nicely furnished. Self-check-in very easy. Really friendly staff and good food. 15 minute walk to the city centre.

The room was amazing.

It was freezing, I had to sleep in my coat because the heating wasn’t on when I arrived and didn’t heat the bedroom up all night as the radiator is behind thick curtains.

Location is great, we were in Cardiff for a sport event at the centre across the road. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Good range of options for breakfast at a reasonable price. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.

I had booked a different room but was informed while I was en route that it wasn’t available. I must say that I was disappointed but the staff bent over backwards to rectify the situation. This is my favourite place to stay in Cardiff and my recent experience hasn’t changed my opinion

Great bar / restaurant with rooms above it. Was very excited when I realised I’d been allocated a penthouse suite including standalone bath, sofa and smart tv complete with Netflix!

I have little complaints about my stay apart from the fact that the bath (which is centre stage in the suite and clearly a main selling point) had a plug that didn’t work, meaning I couldn’t use it! I was gutted!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at [Konaklama Yerinin Adı], and it was truly a delightful experience. The accommodation facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment throughout our stay. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pontcanna.

The staff were very helpful helping us check in and when our room key wouldn't open the door after breakfast the next morning. It was a great location for visiting our son who lives nearby.

the mattress was very very soft and the room and bathroom needed a better clean - parts were looking a bit tired or in need of a thorough clean.

I almost want to keep this place as a secret, but they deserve a great revue.... I had a friendly call en route to let me know I'd been upgraded to a suite. Wow, what a fantastic stay! OK, it's more like serviced rooms than a hotel after 6pm, but staff are on call, and the keyless entry system is very simple. My suite was lovely – walk-in wardrobe, massive wet-room/bathroom with atmospheric lighting. The main room featured a bay window, tasteful lighting, an enormous bed, plus sofa, chairs and a table. There was a small fridge, and the TV had Netflix and Prime. There's no on-site parking, but I had no problem finding non-resident-only spots within a 3 minute walk. I had breakfast two days running (Eggs Royale) and myself and my colleagues also had lunch too, and the food was delicious. Great coffee too. I only encountered a couple of staff, but they were lovely and super-friendly.

The coffee shop/bar downstairs shuts early, especially on weekdays, which is a shame because their food was great and myself and my colleagues would happily have spent more money with them into the evening. The internal lighting tube in the bathroom mirror needed replacing. I somehow managed to shave without severing an artery, so a fairly minor quibble!

It looked and felt like a Luxury suite, we paid a amazing price and it was a wonderful stay, the walk into Cardiff city centre was through the park on the bank of the river Taff, Approx 10minutes. We had a chat with Jay when we arrived, he was really friendly and told us how to get to the city. We managed to park just outside the secret garden which was a wonderful walled garden area. The breakfast was outstanding, as was the coffee, so good we also got some to go!

The only thing that could have been improved I guess would be the bed, the mattress was very soft-however this is obviously personal choice so not at all a negative!

Location was really good, walking distance to town centre but still peaceful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free on street parking nearby. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need in it. A few restaurants nearby although I did not try any of them.

Pleasantly surprised with how beautiful, reasonable, spacious, clean lovely our stay was. Location was perfect as we were in Cardiff Castle. Can’t wait to stay again, staff lovely & the coffee stunning
