The property was really well presented and maintained with lots of attention to detail - we felt really comfortable there and had everything we needed. The location is great for the promenade.

The property is on quite a few floors and stairs are a bit tricky and there are two separate lounge/sitting areas so may be difficult if you were a bigger group.

Amazing property in the perfect location! The house was super-clean, comfy and stocked with everything we needed for a holiday in Broadstairs. Would be ideal for 2 families/3 couples to share. Check in and check out were seamless and the host allowed us to check in early too. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and there were beach towels, laundry capsules plus toiletries! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, right on the beachfront. Comfortable beds and very modern which was also well equiped.

It was a little cold but we sorted the heating out in the end. Parking is hit and miss. If you're lucky you get to park outside, if not you'll park elsewhere on the side streets.

A really great house - 3 great sized doubles with a bathroom each and 1 single room. Ideal for 3 couples. Location is great for beach ( 2 mins walk ) or for seafront / town (5 mins) house is decorated well and is well equipped. Basement could be a flat on its own !
