Location, not far from metro station lots of shops around. Access codes easy to work with.

"Balcony" can't really be used as it's common with next room and just outside their windows next to bed and door. It's more like a common walkway to fire staircase. No privacy at all when curtains open. No tea / teabags, milk n sugar. Would be better to have room bigger n kitchen smaller. No housekeeping for 3 days which was OK for us, but owner/managed suggested us to leave tips which he would match for cleaning staff who he said worked very hard. The way we left the room there'd be minimal cleaning to he done btw. Oh when I sat on the corner of the bed to put my shoes on, the base collapsed (I'm only 75 kg) and we needed to put the base back to its place.

The location was excellent. Close to the metro (3 stops to old port) but so much within walking distance too. Dealing with the owner/manager was very positive and excellent response times for queries.

It is up one flight of stairs so one needs to be able to carry their luggage.

I booked a room for 3 adults with 2 beds (1 large double + 1 single) and that booking was confirmed. Later I received an email with check in instructions also noting that if I wanted a cot I could book one cause my room had 1 large double bed. I didn't reply or think further of it (which I should have!!) because I didn't think I needed and extra bed and that perhaps it was a general email. When I arrived there was in fact just 1 large double bed in our room. I'm just hoping to deter this issue for anyone else! I expect if you book a place with 2 beds for 3 people, that's what you should get. It shouldn't change and then you have to book another bed?!? The staff was able to accommodate me with a cot so it all turned out fine...and the place is otherwise FANTASTIC!

Great location. In the center of the Plateau with lots of restaurants and shops and an easy walk to Mt. Royal. Though it is in a central location, it was still quiet. It had modern amenities, very clean, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We stayed with our teen daughter and it was too small for the 3 of us (we had room 7). There was a cot set up in the small living room which worked fine, but it was a bit tight and the couch was small and uncomfortable for 3 people to sit on. So it would probably be better for a couple.

The location was perfect for our family. It was wonderful to walk back to the cozy apartment after a day exploring Montreal. Even though it's on a main road, the street noise wasn't overwhelming. The place was super clean and comfortable, too. We are about to book again for next spring! Thank you!

We did wish the apartment had a stovetop for cooking, but it wasn't a deal killer for us - there are so many amazing restaurants to try in the city!

It is in a great neighborhood, and check-in and check-out was easy. Great bed and generally comfortable rooms. Stylish, well-equipped kitchen, great shower. Sofa a bit small, useful to have a chair in living room, and a bit pricey. Loved restaurant below, with good take-out food as well; many other nice restaurants and a wealth of neighborhood walks close by. Overall quite happy.

The apartment was in a perfect location if you want to be in the middle of fun, creative, young energy. Tons of places to eat, cafes, bars, etc. The space is super cute and completely quiet with a bed so comfortable I wanted to take it home. We did t use the kitchen, but it had everything needed to make a meal. Perfect for two people accustomed to apartment living.

Quiet, very clean and comfy flat with fresh modern decor in a great part of town - trendy, full of great bars and restaurants, close to the Mont Royal metro station.

A small flat with no comfy seating - you have to sit on the kitchen chair or the bed. I was hoping for a balcony overlooking the street - this has one onto a very small rather gloomy internal courtyard (but that made it much quieter!). The kitchen is really well equipped in some ways and poorly in others - it has a huge fridge freezer, hob, microwave but no oven, and no drying up rack or cloth, and a tiny "table" attached to the wall to eat at.
