El desayuno estuvo bien, los jugos muy naturales y la comida muy rica y variada (buffet). El hamman es un espacio bastante logrado. La arquitectura en general es armoniosa y admirable. La playa cercana al hotel es super bonita y tranquila.

El camino para llegar es de tierra y angosto. No había aire acondicionado y el espacio realmente lo necesitaba. La presión del agua no estuvo muy buena, la habitación no está completamente aislada por lo que entran los mosquitos por el baño. El hotel no da a la playa hay que caminar para poder llegar. La cena tiene un menú cerrado de dos platos, no hay carta abierta para escoger la cena.Al hacer el check in nos dieron muy poca información del hotel, instalaciones, actividades... Nosotros teníamos un itinerario y no tuvimos problema, pero siempre es bueno que te orienten.

ALLES! Dieses Hotel hat uns von den Socken gehauen. So viel Privatsphäre, Ruhe, absolutes Design Highlight. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Punkt und das wäre, dass es mehr vegan Optionen geben sollte und dass das Personal besseres englisches sprechen sollte, ansonsten war alles absolute Perfektion! Es gibt ein Spa mit Hammam - bitte unbedingt ausprobieren und nicht denken, dass es zu warm dafür wäre. Es war mein Highlight auf dem Gelände. Man hat da einen kleinen Turm für sich alleine (im Preis inkl) mit einem warmen und kalten Pool, einem Hammam und eine Dusche! WAHNSINN!

Las instalaciones y cómo desconectas de todo al estar ahí

El concepto es espectacular, un lugar de relajación absoluta, la experiencia en el Hammam es imperdible, los alimentos de muy buena calidad, un lugar la desconectarte y renovarte, quedamos encantados. El personal de la recepción es muy amable.

Architecture and location

Ufff where do I start … - rooms were not properly cleaned. Filled with sand all over. We left towels on the floor for replacement and they hung them up filled with sand and we had to specifically ask them to replace them, as 1 example. - wild life: the hotel is filled with wild life and their not prepared to deal with it. Theres only a curtain that doesn’t even go all the way down to the floor to protect you from wild life and mosquitoes. Besides the mosquitos, we once woke up in the middle of the night with bats in our room, frantically flying above our heads and no one was able to help us. - Beach Club: non existent, you always have to ask for towels, water and food. They don’t get up to see if you need anything. - Food: very very poor. Breakfast is supposed to be a buffet, but it only has 2 options of fruit, cheese and charcuterie. Otherwise no bread, sweet, coffee, etc options. From the second day onwards there wasn’t even a buffet due to “low capacity”. Dinner is a 3-course chef menu that besides being low in quantity is also low in quality. - Service: staff aren’t trained and don’t know how to properly serve. Only a few rooms were being occupied and we were the ones with the longest stay, yet after 4 days, if you past by any of them they would pretend it was the first time they saw you and had no attention to detail of previous requests for instance. - Hold: besides having payed a fortune for the stay (~600$ a night), they require an extra +2k$ hold at check in. - WiFi: only works in certain areas and isn’t always great. I could go on… really poor overall for the price payed.

The modern minimalist design of the hotel. The indoor/outdoor concept is unlike anywhere else I've stayed in the world. The patio upstairs has views to die for on either side - towards the ocean or towards the mountain. The beach was also super calming. Cresencio, one of the staff members was friendly, inviting and the spirit of the place. Loved the welcome area and their dogs Sandy + company

The food at dinner holds this hotel back from becoming a 5 star destination. Although it is included in the room fare - a more extensive Michelin style experience would complement this hotel better. I loved how connected the room was to nature but better instructions in the room on the closing of sliding shutters as well as keeping bugs out would be advisable.

The architetture and Nature is beautiful. Very tranquil and ideal for a couple days of relaxation.

Although a beautiful location surrounded by Nature there is not much to do and alternative eating options. Staff also seemed somewhat confuse but were willing to help.
