Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit, Möbel, Bad... Es war einfach nur schlimm. Für fast 100€ die Nacht. Steht in keinem Verhältnis.

I received a warm welcome from Louis and Michelle . The room was very spacious and comfortable ( I loved the old-fashioned metal wardrobe, which you could lock your valuables in ). I also liked that they supplied a sqeegee for the bathroom so you could dry the floor after showers . It has a nice terrace outside the room with well maintained gardens and good rear access to the beach. I was only able to stay for 1 night but have already booked to return for another 4 days. Great place to stay and good value for money .

Good value for money, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very nice and acommodating, direct access to beach, overall a very good option.

The location is very difficult to find, the access is not very clear and the road is very small.

The host is helpful and warm. They prepared a ground floor room at short notice for my friend who has difficulties with stairs. The place is clean and well maintained, with hot water available all the time for showers. It is a short walk to the main street where the shops and restaurants are.

There isn't a comfortable path to the actual beach, so we couldn't just go to the beach. This was disappointing as we had hoped as a seaside place we could. The room we were given while good, wasn't beach facing. Perhaps this has to do with the season, as I noticed most places had plastic covers, and the host gave us the better room. Some information on seasons and limitations on booking site may be more useful.

I went in the rainy season and the road leading up to the property gets flooded and very difficult to navigate.

It was a super calm place, even though it’s situated close to Candolim market. Beach is accessible by walk, just 5 mins. The host were very friendly and not one bit intrusive. The rooms were nice and simple but weren’t lacking in anything.

There was nothing to dislike as such, but for the sake of a review, if you are coming by car.. the approach road to the property could get a little tricky.

Very remote location. You have to walk at least a minimum of 10 minutes to get to the main access road. Shower was broken. Its basically just a house where the owners live in the front and they have rooms backside which they are renting out. Its not a hotel. The bathroom closet wasn’t stable and was dragging out. Overall it was a disappointing stay. Still had to stay because of the payment done before arrival.

Great location, very close to the beach, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Room service excellent. Good size room with a very large comfortable bed. Room very cool, even in the middle of the day.

Very close to the beach and a great beach shack. (Pete's.) Also, a short walk to the main strip. Lovely building with well-kept gardens feels very welcoming. Staff all very smiley and friendly even with a strong language barrier. Room was clean and shower hot.

All in all can't complain, it was a lovely place. One small suggestion however - the room felt spartan and cold in contrast to the wonderful ambience of the grounds. A splash of paint, fixing the tired furniture, and removal of loose wiring hanging out of the walls would make this guesthouse a real gem!
