This was affordable and perfect for a family with young adults. The views were stunning, making it easy to stay in, with plenty to do for those who want to venture out. Ron and Property Manager, Paula, were easy to work with and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend if you’re not interested in a five star experience but want to be where the party’s at!

Great condo unit!! Roomy, top floor, corner unit, windows galore, awesome views of the beach and pool area. Easy check in and out. Ron and Paula were awesome and their hospitality was above and beyond. Everything was clean and in good working order. Watching huge pelicans flying right by our balcony all day long never gets old. As for the Hawaiian Inn itself - it's in Daytona Beach Shores away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and traffic by the pier up the road in Daytona Beach proper. Free parking for guests, easy beach access, the pool was perfect, plenty of places to relax on the deck, fairly laid back atmosphere, enjoyed some drinks and tasty pub grub at the poolside bar. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. There are some cosmetic issues with the resort's common areas and the Hawaiian Inn's free wifi was spotty at best - but that's stuff that is beyond the control of the condo owner and didn't detract from the overall experience. We are looking forward to returning next year!!

The unit was fine for 2 people. The pool area and surrounds were ok also apart from to exit onto the beach where the support railings were loose and badly rusted with jagged openings - definitely a health and safety issue. I understand that the building itself dates back to mid 60s and it looks it. A lot of rust on parts and badly needs a good paint job.

Very clean, well kept and spacious beahfront unit. This is by far the best unit at the Hawaiian Inn! AC worked great and no humidity problems. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided as well as many towels. Bedsheets were super soft and lots of pillows and extra bedding provided. Nothing beats the view here…it’s beyond breathtaking. There is also a HUGE tv in the living room which was a really appreciated and enjoyed here :) thanks Ron and Paula, it was such a pleasure staying here!

Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony and any window in the unit. Unit was very clean and interior was updated with modern decor. We would stay here again.

This beachfront condo provides an excellent retreat for anyone looking to experience a home away from home get away. The Martins have created a place that provides for your every need. The condo is super clean and updated well beyond what one usually expects to find in an older building/resort. I could not be happier with the accommodations. The King size bed and other furnishings are very comfortable. The pools, tiki bar and mature guests that live in or vacation at Hawaiian Inn resort makes this a great place to "hang out" and meet some of the locals. It is close to every kind of convenience store, restaurants and many other exciting places to visit. The owner is accessible, easy to work with and offers a very reasonable rate for a great place. I will be returning to this condo in the future and I highly recommend it.

the owner was very nice and the property was nice . we enjoyed our stay and will be looking forwarded to booking again at this property . the unit was a good size and we loved it. and the ac unit in the bedroom and living area was a big plus.

Mr Martin is really on top of any problems and is there when you need him or if u have any questions.. The condo had all my needs, But that view is just amazing.

Very easy

The beautiful view is the star here! Owner was responsive to our need for two parking passes, and rapid in his response to any questions we had. That being said, we had everything we needed in the condo. Clean upon arrival. King bed was very comfortable. No checking in or out, no keys to misplace! Very easy process. Oh did I mention the VIEW??? Direct ocean front. Just beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for.

Everything in the room was spot on with the photos. View pool, tiki bar, and ocean north to south. Fun family, or get away spot in corner quiet. Needs new sliding door latch, but not big issue, quick fixx. Over all great location.

Perfect for the two of us. Fifth floor balcony beautiful view. Would stay longer next time stayed 4 days.

This is a 5th floor condo that is an end unit. So you have a oceanfront view from the sliding glass door and windows down the side, which makes for a great view. We even got to see a space-x night launch. There is plenty of room for a couple, has a great bed and everything was very clean. Definitely one of the larger one bedroom condo's I've stayed in. Furnishings were well above average and the kitchen had anything an average traveler would need. We loved our stay

Old, but clean and very much worth the price

Condo was very nice and clean! Owner has done a great job on remodeling and stocking the unit. Bed was comfortable and large. Views from the room were awesome! Everything else that was bad, was things out of the owner’s control. Outside the condo the Hawaiian Inn is run down and dingy. Very loud music was played almost nonstop from morning til midnight. Neighbors smoked pot every morning and evening which made it hard to stay in the unit. Unable to get a good night’s sleep due to people yelling, music played loudly, doors slamming at all times throughout the night. To be fair, it was Spring Break week and I can only comment on the time we were there. It may be different at other times during the year. Internet was slow, but did work and they cut the water off to the building for 4 hours on the day we arrived. Summarizing, the condo unit itself was great A+, but the other negative circumstances outweighed the positives. We left early and would not return again.

Everything about the room was top notch. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Nicely remodeled room. Great views from the room and balcony. I wish there was a screen door for the balcony to get that nice ocean breeze going. Zero complaints about the room. The resort/hotel needs an update and refresh. The elevators looks like meat lockers and don't have safety certificates. The outside pool area was nice. The Tiki Bar was a nice feature, but loud at night. The clientele was interesting. I wish there was a hot tub, but can live without it. The area around the resort is OK. Not much going on in the immediate area in general. I would recommend a stay just on the quality of the room. Do not expect anything above a 2-star experience outside of the room.
