Bed was just way too soft for me. While dust free, the floors would have benefitted from a wet mop. The addition of some chairs, hooks or hangers in the bedroom would be beneficial

The hosts were amazing, so kind and couldn’t do enough for us! We had a lovely welcome and we offered transport to the town centre so continue our visit. Thank you so so much.

The loft and the bedroom were very clean and both sofa bed and regular bed were comfortable.The neighbourhood was quiet, perfect for good night sleep. The loft area and the bedroom downstairs were spacious and well-lit and the internet connection was fast - great for some remote work. The rooms could be easily warmed up, there was always hot water for shower in the bathroom. I travelled by car and there were many parking spaces available, both on and off the street. Driving to the nearest shopping centre took just under 10 minutes. Perfect accommodation for spending some quality time in Belfast! Thanks for everything!

Very soft bed.

1 bedroom apartment... Room was comfortable, kitchen, lounge area and washing machine (game changer for us as we've been on the road for a month now). Bus into city center right around the corner (max 3 minute walk).

Great location, bus stop just around the corner, lovely hosts helpfull and pleasant to deal with, would love to see them again.

Really lovely, clean, comfortable bed, really like the added touches with the items in the fridge, bathroom cabinet fully stocked with anything we needed! had our own privacy from the main house,

Everything was great, one small issue was the wifi didn’t work, otherwise everything great!

There was nothing I didn't like

The host were warm congenial & accommodating. The lounge area is a nice large open plan space, nicely painted with a huge television & handy kitchen. On arrival a bottle of prosecco had been left.

COLD!!! & not ready for business. During our 4 nights stay the weather was bitterly cold. The apartment is part of a former garage which retains the garage doors & a small store area. The bedroom is near to the garage doors. On our first night’s stay the bedroom became bitterly cold & it transpired that someone had left the garage doors open. Mistake realised & night 2 room temp was ok. On return on the 3rd night the radiators were only luke warm & it was cold again in the bedroom, next day the heating failed & after informing the owners they sourced some insubstantial small radiators. From the outset the shower didn’t work properly, initially running too hot to wash your hair, later the shower fluctuated from very hot to cold, running just cold when the boiler stopped working. The owners attempted to resolve the heating issue & offered use of their shower. Some fixtures needed attention or replacing, such as a loose socket, a fire alarm hanging from the ceiling, an enormous florescent light in the bedroom which reminded us that the bedroom had been part of the garage, the oven is dated & slow to shut down & a chandelier had only one operational bulb. Outside the bedroom a large noisy chest freezer had been left on, hindering sleep. On our last day we spoke to the owner & outlined our experience, she was sympathetic & said that recently the apartment had changed use from long stay to holiday stay & they hadn’t had time to check the fixture & fittings. The owner insisted we accept a refund of £100, (the equivalence of only one of the four night’s stay!). In the original posting the property image had been of the titanic museum, why? Not everyone would be aware the fabulous image wasn't the “Belfast Loft” some 4miles distant. The image has been changed since.
