Not enough can be said about the location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Apartment was quiet and cozy and we’d stay here again.

This was the perfect place for the occasion. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful in every way.

Can’t thank Claudia enough for a smooth transition arranging airport transportation and personal outing for us at reasonable cost. This host met us the day of checkin for assistance with flat and questions. Recommend stores and restaurants. Very knowledgeable. We were checked on daily to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. I would stay here again. The location is fantastic!

Our stay was fantastic . My daughter was getting married south of London and having these accommodations was a dream. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left ! Anne- Marie was wonderful to work with supplying us with drivers to get from the airport andr back and trips to desired places. The apartments were in a wonderful location and clean and airy . Stayed here with my wife, daughter and two grandchildren 11 and 14. Weather was quite warm but the apartment was comfortable even though not air conditioned. Convenient to tube stations, shopping and restaurants. Freezer was frozen up when we arrived and we weren’t able to use it but that was the only minor issue we encountered. Made use of one of the drivers for a day trip to Stonehenge Bath and Windsor and was very pleased. Safe neighborhood and attentive management. Overall excellent experience and highly recommended.

If you are looking for a spacious home to rent for your family or a group of friends, you need not look further. The home is appointed with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The owner and property managers are quick to respond to questions, and they are highly informative about where you should go and what things you should see while in London.

Our family of 3 just left our stay in London, and this flat was the perfect thing we were looking for. It was a little big for us, but believe it or not the 3rd bedroom came in handy the first day while we were recovering from jet lag. We booked this flat after almost giving up our search for a VRBO and staying at a hotel instead. I was aware that there are quite a few vacation rental scams in London, and so many of the listings suspiciously had duplicate photos for different properties, and/or did not have a single review. I came upon this one, and it had a ton of great reviews, the price was right, and so was the location. It has everything we needed, even came with a few travel adapters. Just be aware though, the unit does have a washing machine, but drying is done on a drying rack, which they provide. The best part of this rental is the personal touch with the owners and with David, who met us at the airport and drove us both ways for a small charge. That was super awesome. Also, as soon as I booked, the owners reached out to start the communication. A big thank you to David, who drove us both ways, got us settled in, and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out. The owner even met us with extra keys- thank you so much! All in all, a great place to stay in London, we have a wonderful time!!

The flat is perfect for our family with 2 college age young adults. It is clean and exactly as described. Love the neighborhood - so quiet yet only minutes away from one of the busiest street of London! The driver was wonderful as well as the property manager! Thank you for making our December in London a memorable trip.

David and team were the best thing about this flat. Helpful, friendly and generous - can’t thank them enough. Never had such communicative and supportive hosts - made a difference, even though we didn’t think we needed it. Great area - though it’s not representative of the London as a whole, it was perfect for teenagers to be free and explore and walk to and from central London across Hyde Park. Flat was v warm in December, with everything we needed. It’s a tad dated as mentioned in other reviews, but we loved every single thing about it.

Great location in a very quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to catch the taxi Ghada was very helpful and welcoming. Communication with the manager, david was great. Transportation arrangements were great from the airport. Thank you Saeed for driving us to Oxford and Windsor and picking us up at the airport.overall a fantastic trip due to the fabulous place.

This was an excellent location and within walking distance to a lot of attractions or short trip to the tube to get just about anywhere. Property was clean but vintage as the pictures show. We were all very happy. The only downside was really the elevator being broken with the property on the third floor. The host was wonderful meeting us on arrival at the property with keys and staying to give us an overview of the property and nearby areas of interests. The host even helped arrange their driver to come get us from the airport which was really helpful.

The location of this apartment is great!! Quick access to Underground and lots of places to eat and things to do close by. Nice neighborhood! Apartment was clean and the hosts were very helpful!

They went over above and beyond for us. We used their driver to pick us up from Heathrow to take us to the flat. VIP treatment. Also used their driver to take us to Harry Potter Studios and hour away. He waited for us and drove us back. Hosts ALWAYS quick to respond and help, even months before the trip. GREAT LOCATION, felt very safe, Hyde Park a 10 min walk and 2 great Metro stations only about 7 mins away. We came from the states and they answered many questions alleviating any confusion. We definitely Highly recommend this place and host.

The location of this home was perfect. The neighborhood was A+. We had 6 adults and one just yonder the age of 1. The hosts had a crib/cot all prepared for her. Much thanks!

My wife and our four children very much enjoyed our 6 day stay and found this a terrific property and location for our visit to London. This is an outstanding property in a fantastic location in London. If you would enjoy being accommodated in a Georgian townhouse flat in a Georgian square in one of the best areas of London in walking distance to amenities, museums, restaurants, then this is the place for you. We absolutely LOVED staying in this apartment. Ann Marie met us on site upon arrival and gave us many tips. The location could not be any better - an easy walk to so many wonderful areas. The unit itself is well represented in the photos. It is not a new renovation but it is very well taken care of and totally comfortable. We felt right at home and would stay there again in a heart beat!

Excellent location for exploring London. Good size property in the heart of Knightsbridge
