Location is probably the best thing about this property and the price aswell. I was looking for something quick and cheap as my flight got rescheduled.

I understand that for the price, you get what you pay for; however, after this experience, spending a little bit more won’t hurt! The room looked okay, not too bad, right? WRONG! The room didn’t smell the best, but I had a can of deodorant spray. I sprayed a bit and opened up a few windows. The floors haven’t been cleaned in God knows how long, turning my white socks BLACK!! The bedsheets and duvet had very strong smells of BO. The sheets hadn’t been changed in a VERY long time; it was a combination of dirt, sweat, and definitely tears from possibly the previous guest. The bathroom - the sink was not clean, had marks of toothpaste residue that was left and hardened. The mat was so beaten in that it reminded me of a floppy disk. The kitchen was basically out of order. The stove didn’t work, and there was a random stove just chilling in the middle of the kitchen. There was no soap, cutlery, pots, or pans – you name it. It reminded me of a uni accommodation that had been used and abused but worse. It was so bad I actually had to laugh. 🤣🤣 I couldn’t even stay the night, and I booked for one night. Well, I’ll only say book this accommodation if you’re in dire need of a place to stay. I wish I could get a refund, but sure, look! You live and you learn.

So unclean it was disgusting. Nothing had been cleaned at all, dust and dirt everywhere, hairs everywhere, you name it it was there. Mess in the shower and sink. No good for someone with asthma like myself! Rubbish on the floor outside and all round dirty. Check out on booking.com was midday and we weren’t even dressed and was about to shower and at 10:45am we were getting told we had to check out and leave and I said it said 12 and they said no it’s not and we had to be out. Awful!

The digital system for getting in was great no keys to lose. I was able to find on street parking for free which was good. The location was great for getting into central Croydon for a Kizomba event I run very convenient

There was a used towel behind the sofa when I arrived which was disappointing. The bathroom was a major issue. There's a motion sensor light which was only on for a couple of minutes before it went off. The bathroom mirror was the only suitable place to put make up on due to the lighting in the room so I had to keep waving my arms around and the same when showering or brushing my teeth. The room was comfortable and warm. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a drink first thing. I didn't fancy trying to carry a hot drink up the stairs. There were only two pillows for two people so we had to use the sofa cushions and no extra blankets it was the coldest night of the year so it was a bit chilly
