Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Tegenover het hotel zit een supermarkt voor dagelijkse boodschapjes.

Wij kregen meerdere dagen geen schone handdoeken, terwijl de vieze handdoeken wel werden meegenomen. Hygiene kan beter. Ontbijt was erg minimaal.

Все очень изношенное, обшарпанные стены, туалет, душ, всё в плохом состоянии, отель находится на очень оживленной улице, шум нереальный, балконная дверь очень некачественная и не закрывается нормально , так что слышно абсолютно всё что происходит на улице.

L'eau de la douche n'etait pas bien chaude et la vue sur le balcon n'etait pas du tout jolie vraiment.

Prix tres bon, et avec le petite dejeuner.

Manque de propertre, et maintenance a l hotel. Fait s’ esmerer le nettoyage au fons des chambres, et faire des petites reparations. Avec les chambres propres, c est une tres bon hotel a un incroyable prix!

There is nothing I liked about this place.

It was very dirty. When we checked in, no support was provided to bring our luggage to our room. Upon reaching the room which we had to find without any instructions, we were welcomed with bad smell and dirty floor. My feet legit got dirty when I walked without shoes. Washroom was also not cleaned. No towels in bathroom and a half used toilet paper only. There were dirty tissue papers on the floor and the bed sheet had a few stains too. We requested to get it cleaned and sprayed to get rid of smell. We left for lunch and we couldn't even use the toilet of this room as it was dirty. The shower area and sink was also very dirty. When we returned, it was sprayed and not cleaned. There were towels but no toilet paper and same dirty tissue papers and dirty floor. We requested to clean it again and obviously were very upset as we couldn't shower and take rest after our flight. We had to leave for lunch and even after return it is same dirty. Management told us this is the max they can do and started arguing that it is clean. We told them we don't want to stay here and they misbehaved saying looks like you have never been to a hotel. Hence, we had to ask them for a refund. They told us we can leave and they will refund us via booking.com. it has been 20 days and I haven't received my refund. I called the hotel and asked for my amount and they said they remember us and refused a refund telling us that it's the policy and our booking also says non refundable. I checked Google reviews of this hotel and they are very bad. The area is also not safe. I've stayed in over 50 hotels in last 3 years and am a frequent traveller. Never in my life I have changed a hotel. This is a testimony of how dirty the room was and how we were treated by staff. I regret booking this hotel. Wasted my money on taxi too. Overall my experience wasn't good. Also the lift is very unsafe and shakes a lot and make noise as well. The corridors also stink very bad.

A janela para a rua não fechava e a janela estava torta o que ficava aberta , e não tivemos água quente de manhã e deixamos + de 20min ligada

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand: uralte Klimaanlage, Malertape noch an den Lichtschaltern, Dusche mit einer viertel Wand und sehr dreckige Ecken. Außerdem war es die ganze Nacht unglaublich laut. Hörte sich an wie Renovierungsarbeiten bis 2 Uhr nachts

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Ich werde wiederkommen es ist eine wirklich familiäre Atmosphäre.

Die duschen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wasser verbreitet sich im Badezimmer und bekam nasse Füße.

RIEN ! Catastrophique ! Pas d'eau chaude, pas de serviette, pas propre, rien n'allait.

Emplacement en centre ville avec un parking éloigné. Odeur d’égouts dans la chambre. Simple vitrage du coup on entendait tt les bruits de la rue. Problème avec la chasse d’eau Pas de verres dans la salle de bain ni de tapis de bains. Tout petit ascenseur sans porte intérieure

Great breakfast, really great location in close proximity to train station, city centre, restauraunts. Staff were very helpful, especially with booking taxi to airport and recommending places to eat & see.

Shower pressure was a bit off and the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Je n'ai même pas de mots pour vous décrire cette établissement à l'abandon... chambre dans un état pitoyable, il est très facile de voir que la saleté présente partout y est depuis des années sans même voir un chiffon . Tous est dégueulasse porte douche moquette , taches coulures trace de toutes sortes. Je ne vous parle même pas de la télé qui ne fonctionne pas !!! Parlons maintenant du petit déjeuner avec des œufs noir , crème au chocolat avarié et trace de rouge à lèvres sur ma tasse de café... mon épouse est dessendut du petit dejeuner et directement au toilette . je pense que nous pouvons qualifier cette établissement comme un hôtel de passe si vous voyez se que je veux dire, un bordel . Bref une honte quand on voit qu'il est présent sur booking sans probleme avec des photos qui non rien à voir avec la réalité . Bien loin d'un 4 étoiles !!! Il ne mérite même pas d'être ouvert et encore moins sur le marché international et représente par un site comme booking . Je voyage régulièrement et depuis des années et franchement je n'ai jamais été confronté à se genre de choses et se genre d'établissement.

This hotel is very strange for its 4 stars as it says, someone in charge should check it. First of all, we arrived at check-in time, the receptionist sent us to the room, when we arrived, the maid was still setting up the room, then we came back and waited 20 minutes at the reception, I asked for a kettle, the receptionist said that someone would bring it, I asked if there was a mini-bar in the room and the receptionist said there was, however, when we got to the room, it wasn't there, so the lift boy brought the refrigerator from the other room with his hands and installed it in front of us (mini-bar is written in the room description) .Air condition didn't work.The room is very old and worn, the bathroom too, the toilet wobbled, I could have fallen, the shower is fixed and the water goes where it wants, very inconvenient for showering. I have the impression that we got the worst room. Later, I asked for a kettle again and said what was wrong with the room, the receptionist said that he would change our room tomorrow. That day receptionist did not fulfill anything tomorrow, he is smiling and kind, but completely useless for the guests. Only late in the evening I received a kettle from the wonderful night receptionist from the third time. The hotel hardly has 2 stars, and only the location is good. Breakfast is also very poor. The highlight was when I left my luggage for storage, which I was charged for, it was the third receptionist, and on the first day, when I asked about luggage storage, no one told me that there was a charge, everything related to this hotel is very poor, the recommendation to don't stay here, it's better to pay a few euros more and stay in a humane way.

Actually just the front desk guys, all the rest was 0/10 honestly.

From the start - hotel is very poor build -Management did not want to refund the night I did not sleep - shower is so badly finished it looks awful - stains on the flower of the room - loud noise - breakfast was laughable

Bathroom dirty, the worst view off balcony and also very small balcony not like in the picture.

The location is very great for tram users. The room was way bigger than I expected and it was pretty clean and felt safe and comfy. The staff are incredibly nice and the breakfast was super good. Overall it was a great value for the money I paid.

The view from my room wasn't ideal. I could also hear some noise from my room. Another thing to keep in mind is that my shower had no shampoo (there was soap and a blowdryer so that wasn't an issue to me)
