We had a corner room with a view of The Charles River. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it was cold outdoors and we needed the close the drapes and shades at night to keep the cold air out. Hence, not getting to see the city lights at night. The windows were frosted over in the morning. The room temperature also had a hard time staying up due to the windows. Other than that, it was a great room.

Service was excellent all around, very accommodating to our 6 month old as well. Every single person from the valet, the housekeeping, desk agents, restaurant server were really superb. Service is the highlight of this hotel for sure.
The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were terrible!!!. The softest pillows I have ever slept on.
The food at Bar10 was excellent. My husband and I really enjoyed it.
The negatives- zero amenities in the bathroom (not even a shower cap!!!), our toilet needed to be flushed twice to actually flush. You have to pay for wifi which I found incredibly cheap of them. Lastly , the destination fee of 30 per day. We were told at check-in that the fees could be used “throughout the course of our stay”. No problem !
We spent well over 60$ between the coffee shop and the hotel restaurant. I was surprised at check out that they tried to tell me it had to be spent each individual day, use it or lose it. It made zero sense that I had to spend 30$ the day we were checking out, the day I was not even a hotel guest. Feels very scammy. I went to talk to the front desk about it and after a little back and forth she agreed to discount the bill 30$ as a one time courtesy. I appreciated the gesture, but probably would not return because of this, the lack of amenities and no free wifi. There are so many properties nearby that are similar with all of these offerings and more. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

super dry front desk workers...no one broke out a smile or cared to respond besides the bare minimum of "yes,no" and short answers....just evident they dont like the job nor do they want to be there.

Dated. For what we paid a Hampton inn would have been nicer as far as rooms.
Outdated rooms , bathroom had hairs in shower. Outlet in bathroom so old. Felt stuffy and just a bad vibe. Hallways dirty and need fresh paint. Doors scuffed

We stayed in a room with a view of the river, and it was beautiful both day and night. This hotel offers many amenities but there is no in room coffee maker or mini fridge(maybe because it is a more upscale hotel?) It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the morning before getting dressed and going out for the day. Room service is available and there is a Starbucks located in the lobby. Also, the mattress was not comfortable for neither my husband nor I. Everything else was wonderful and we had a memorable stay.

This hotel was so clean and the room was incredibly spacious (two attributes super important for a business traveler). I loved the ability to walk to all the hot destinations and the incredible amenities within the modern hotel. To boot, a few of the staff really went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. Visit David at Bar 10, one of the best bartenders I've had in months and Duane down at the front by parking who knows the area and is an expert!

Great location - Star Market a block away is a great place to stock up on food and drinks. Victoria at Concierge was SO helpful. Front desk was a bit different. All the female workers were so helpful; the males were snooty and wouldn’t even greet us, and they were NOT helpful.

The Westin Copley Square is in an excellent location across the street from the Newbury shopping district and Prudential Center in Boston Back Bay. The hotel is very nicely appointed, good food options including room service. Would stay again.

The property was just as I expected, we frequently use the Westin in New York in Times Square so we expected that it would be a nice property. The staff in Boston was less accommodating than the New York staff. I had a package mailed to me and when I asked the staff then the Concierge and finally the manager they all said it wasn’t delivered. So I ordered it again. The next day the shift changed so there was a different Concierge on duty, he did his due diligence and called Security and asked using every variation of my name and he discovered it arrived the previous day as I stated. He had it sent over and I received in less than 10 minutes.

Service was incredible the entire stay. They even let us in our room very early - such a treat after cross country air travel.
Everyone was friendly; bell station and front desk efficient. Loved our stay, told colleagues and friends to stay at Westin Copley Square!

The room was clean. Housekeeping tidied the room daily. Hotel restaurant was very good and a nice cafe in the morning for coffee.

The hotel is terrific. The location is wonderful. It is close to everything & easy to get everywhere. The hotel itself is so comfortable. The beds are fabulous! The rooms are perfect. The gym is incredible! All the food at the restaurants was very good. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming.
