Our stay was filled with many noises. Our fridge made the loudest mechanical humming I have ever heard. Our fan clicked on medium and high speeds. Our toilet, yes toilet made a dripping noise all night. The windows screen did not close enough to block the lights bouncing off the mirror right into 3 places on the bed, and that’s right, right on both sides of the pillows. Not to mention the hole in the ceiling leading being able to see in between floors.

Pool open late was amazing hot tub is the only reason I stay in hotels! Definitely highlight! Breakfast included was amazing!!! Phone in room didn’t work and I suggest newer carpets for the less rating on cleanliness but everything else was great!!!

Exceptional hotel!! Quick check-in, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and terrific pool area with plenty of lounge chairs!! Convenient location. A bit pricier than some places I've stayed, but definitely one of the nicest.

The stay was good. Check in was easy. When i mentioned using hotel shuttle on sunday morning I was told it was not available. Main reason I booked this hotel since we had an early flight. So i booked my Uber. Sunday morning i go to check out smd was asked very kindly by different staff members if I wanted the shuttle. I replied, well I was already told that i couldn't get it on sundays. Unfortunately a misunderstanding. But no biggie all good. I know uts the climate there but the cockroaches were unreal in and out of the room. Overall a good stay.

The staff are focused, friendly and address any concerns. The hotel is slightly dated and on the older side with visible wear and tear. The rooms where noisy. Believe mine was next to their laundry or some mechanical room meaning every night there were banging noises.

I reserved a room with 2 queens bed and when I showed up for check in the front desk guy told me that they don’t have 2 queens available anymore. My choices were either one king bed or to cancel my reservation and look somewhere else. I was surprised with his poor customer service and didn’t heard an apology for the situation. I took the king bed and the room was dirty, the fridge had an opened soda. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. Very old property and run down.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was next to the elevator, and it made a noise every time someone used it. When I asked to move just to the room next to us, since we had unpacked, I was told someone was in there, there was no one in the room next to us. That we could be moved 10 rooms down, we choose to stay in the room because moving that far down after unpacking would of been more trouble. The other issue was the tub facet dripped the whole time. I did inform the desk of the problem. Other then that the room was ok and large. I respected and choose this hotel because they are dog friendly. I would stay again making sure the room was not near any elevators.

This is the nicest Hotel near sky Harbor airport that offers reasonable rates on "Park and Fly" stays. The 24 shuttle service is great as is the clean rooms and comfy beds. the full service bar and restaurant are a rare find too! i will always stay at this facility.

The night staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate. She did not let me check in early even though I explained that I flew in instead of driving long hours to Arizona and I have IHG membership.
The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.
The door handle was half broken. The day receptionist said the hotel is old and needing remodeling. So that is okay with me. The whole hotel was unlike the double tree hotels I stayed in elsewhere. I like the air conditioner. It worked impressively. I heard noises from next door. I heard doors open and close so loudly that I thought they were at my door. The rooms are not sound proof.

The front desk supervisor- Kody was so incredible! He has great hospitality and made us feel right at home. It was perfect for what we needed it for, a comfy bed before an early flight. I am so glad that we found this place and plan to stay again for trips in the future!

Just stayed for 1 night after missing plane transfer, small restaurant bar inside serving drinks and food.Free shuttle from airport. Clean rooms.

We got in late and left first thing the next morning so we weren't at the hotel for long. It was quite a walk from the lobby to our room. The grounds and public areas were beautiful. The room seemed a little dated. The air conditioning worked, but wasn't great and there were stains on the ahower curtain. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and a couple bottles of water in our room. I'd stay here again. Staff were all great!
