It is good enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. The cleanliness could be better, but not unacceptable. The location is convenient and the hot breakfast was good! Close to many amenities; we also had dinner at the steakhouse right by the inn and it was delicious!

The rooms were aged and the beds were supposed to be queen but were a double. Breakfast was good ans lots of variety.
The motel in need of an upgrade and sounds like on the new year they are slated for a massive upgrade

The walls are paper thin, in bed I could hear conversations clearly from the next room beside me. The front doors of the rooms are loud when they close so all night I kept waking up as the sound reverberates down the hallway with people returning late to their rooms. Staff was excellent and accommodating but the building is a cheap build. I don't recommend.

No heater/air conditioner
No fridge, table light burnt out, carpets not vacummumed even after room was made up, killed two German cockroaches. The first night one went behind the headboard and the next morning I found it and killed it the following morning there was another one in the shower which I caught and put into a clear cup.
Curtains would not close properly on the windows. One dresser drawer would not shut flush against the cabinet and stuck out.
Asked for another room which they did.
2nd room had a heater and air conditioner, a fridge but the carpets were dirty as well. I was in that room for three days and nobody came in to clean it.
Over the course of the whole week, a room was only cleaned once.
I was in London for my sister‘s cancer surgery and the condition of this hotel made things worse.
This place is such a dive.

The place was desperately in need of housekeeping.
The corridors were speckled with dirt and garbage all through the 2 night trip. The bathtub had definitely not been properly cleaned between customers. There was hair all along the wall and on the side.
Only redeeming grace was the guy at the front desk. He was something good in this throughly run down establishment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. On check in was given a room with no fridge or microwave. Not what we had booked. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Both rooms the bathtubs were disgusting -old, badly marked, some kind of liner in the bottom with black marks around it and patched areas. Bed was clean and otherwise room was sufficient.

I recently stayed at the Wellington road comfort inn and it was an experience I won't soon forget—though I'd prefer to. From the moment I entered, the place reeked of mildew and something far more unpleasant. The room was a nightmare. The carpet was sticky and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was even worse; the shower was very slow to drain, and there were moldy patches on the curtains. The noise from the AC was incessant, making it difficult to sleep. I also noticed several bugs scurrying around, which was the final straw. Overall, the comfort inn was one of the filthiest places I've ever encountered, and I strongly advise against staying here unless you're prepared for an exceptionally gross experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We stayed with our small dog at no extra cost which I have never seen before . One of the staff helped my husband with our bags as he had a sore back. Very impressed with the customer sercixe.

I wish they’ve included that microwaves and refrigerators are not included in EACH room and that it’s only in SOME rooms. We booked a room expecting to have both fridge and microwave but were disappointed that we didn’t have one. We also weren’t able to use one of the beds because the comforter had blood stains in it :( . The shower curtain was sliding off allowing the water to splash outside the tub which was very inconvenient because we didn’t wanna make a mess on the bathroom floor while showering but the curtain made that impossible. It was great though that we were able to grab a lot of ice for our cooler to keep our stuff cold throughout the night.

Despite this being a long building with several doors, only the front can be used for entry. That's a lot of walking when your room is at the far end and you have a lot of stuff.
Get to our room and find someone's underwear and socks on the desk chair. Curtain torn. Rest of room OK.
Breakfast at 7:30, find eating area piled high with cardboard boxes, staff restocking. Go for coffee, thermos pump broken. Use other machine down the hall. Machine out of order. Tell staff. Blank stares. Go back later and machine is working. No fridge or microwave. We have been traveling for many weeks and every hotel / motel had a fridge and microwave.

Over the years this property has dramatically changed. The stairwell was disgustingly dirty and had a foul odour. Our room was not clean. Floors were dirty, sink was dirty. The bed was horrible. Springs were felt and couldn’t move without the bed being extremely loud. Very disappointed for a comfort inn. We will not stay here again in London

Parking was limited. A number of men were out in the parking lot drinking making it feel unsafe to park in that area

The room we stayed in with our toddlers was tired and dirty. We slept with our clothes on and placed towels on furniture in the room. Based on the condition of the bathtub/shower, we decided not to use it on our stay. We feel duped by the hotel rating.

Best hotel I have stayed at in London without a pool or a restaurant however they do have a free hot breakfast. 24 hour front desk makes checkout easy.

The hotel facilities were very old and falling apart. There was no elevator and very limited staff. I go to London every few months, and I thougt I found a deal, only to be reminded you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel
