The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Staff, especially at my check in was fantastic. A continental breakfast or free cookie and tea would have been great.

Room had a smell that was like in the carpet and bathroom was smelled like piss was seeping through the cement. Would not recommend.

It would be nice to at least have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Very stark accommodations/amenities. I wish somewhere as I reserved it would have made this more clear. Next time I'll look for a hotel with breakfast included!

Room was well laid out. Used the fold-out couch for additional person and it was comfortable.

Elevator was at the end of the hallway, a long walk from the entry area.

Lovely staff - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Super hotel with great location for me. Clean and tidy. Only slight difference was the breakfast which was supplied through a coffee shop and not in house. Not quite the options I’m used to, but that might have changed since I last came to the US. Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax).

The HVAC unit was not functioning properly in my room. It was 67 degrees in the room, 40 degrees outside. FREEZING! I made a complaint with management, I was offered “complimentary” breakfast. This is absurd. My family & I suffered from this inconvenience and all they had to offer was breakfast, preposterous!

Poor value compared to other hotels in the area. Awkward shower. Right by highway so it's noisy. Administrative issues allowing guest to check in. The walls are very thin in combined rooms. I woke up twice to the person next door throwing up.

Pleasant room with fridge and TV. Not much of a view but we didn't stay for the surroundings, location was good for our purposes. Didn't loke that they ran a $20 charge on my card with no explanation. Will be disputing with card company in the morning.

I had booked with another hotel but had some issues and Hotels.com was able to get me moved into a better hotel. The area was very booked up and I felt lucky that they could find me another place to stay. A shout out to Courtyard Marriott for making accommodations for me and making the check-in process super easy!

We had to sign a waiver regarding being quiet etc mainly because there were kids there for hockey. Well the kids were running up and down the halls all night so that wasn’t being enforced. Overall the whole place is in need of a makeover which they obviously are in the process of doing. I would stay elsewhere until it’s finished especially for the price they are charging while this is in this condition

This was a 1 night stay for a business trip. I met 4 staff members throughout my stay and they were all very nice, but the property is very outdated and in desperate need of renovations - everything is so old..
