We visit Daytona every year for the Turkey Rod Run. This was a great choice for a weekend stay. The pool and beach were perfect. They have a little tiki bar outside. Only issue would be lack of parking.

Our new go to place to stay when in Daytona. Very clean, very friendly. Great indoor pool and hot tub, freshest donuts anywhere.

Choose based on location to other stuff. Hotel looks old on exterior but ok in inside. Old style motel entry which can be loud. Seawall still under construction but allowed access to beach. Breakfast was donuts and coffee only. IHOP is across the street!

From check in to check out every staff we encountered was always helpful and courteous. While the property is still recovering from hurricane damage there's still plenty of amenities open. The only downside was we hung the door hanger for maid service but never received it, even though we made sure the right sign was hanging. The texts from staff was an added bonus.

There on business at the same time each yr. So we have picked Ocean Perry every enjoy enjoy threatening rooms with oven view that’s what I love about it.

The hotel needs a make over. Inside and out. We stayed there 3 days and all the maid did was bring new towels and took out our trash. Never made the bed. The wood floor was filthy. Water spilled on the floor, upon wiping it up the towel was black! I don't think it was mopped in months. At 6:30 a.m. the hotel workers arrive. Making noise in the hallway. Dragging the garbage can acrosse the concrete.What a sound to be awaken to every morning. They are also redoing the seawall. What a mess the landscape is in. It was not mentioned at all on any website. The hot tub was barely hot
It was cloudy, and only 2 jets worked. I really wanted to leave. Will not stay there again. I have pictures to share but it won't let me attach them.

I always stay at Perry's Ocean Edge when I visit Daytona Beach. They have been around for many, many years and provide a clean, welcoming experience. They provide coffee and donuts every morning. I recommend an ocean view room. It doesn't get any better.

Stayed here for biketoberfest and it was a great stay. Still icing somethings from the recent storm but would come back. Garage parking for motorcycles during rally.

Although we were there after 2 hurricanes, the property was in decent condition. You could clearly see some damage, and the view partially obstructed by caution tape and heavy equipment along the beach sea wall. However, the pools were both open for use as well as the tiki bar. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the fresh donuts in the morning.

Great place to relax. Great ocean view and sleeping with waves sound is priceless. Staff is very friend and professional. As the hotel is close to the ocean, keeping it in good conditions is a big challenge, due to sea air. Despite of that, room is clean and organized. I’d return, for sure!

A lot of repairs underway, beach access limited, pool closed (others open). The hurricane really seemed to do a number on Perry's. Disappointing visit.

Everything was clean, some repairs were being done due to storm damage so only one outdoor pool was available, which wasn’t a problem.
The front office was quick to fulfill requests.

Had an amazing mini vaca at Perry's Resort. It was clean, the room well appointed. We stayed in the oceanfront efficiency. It had a full kitchen, 2 beds, dining table and chairs and I believe the couch would also make a bed. The ocean view was so nice. It did not matter the grounds were still in disarray due to the recent hurricanes that passed through the area. We truly enjoyed the stay. Some small food choices nearby, plus a grocery store across the street. The staff we had contact with were friendly. We will stay there again.

It was alot of work for them to have the hotel ready in days after major hurricane Milton. Hotel took alot of damage, and in a short time they were ready for Biketoberfest.

Perry’s was hit hard by Hurricane Milton and had just opened back up the day before we arrived! We LOVED our room location and will definitely be returning in the future!
The most amazing part of our entire stay was the EXTREMELY courteous, friendly and helpful employees! It’s a rarity in today’s world and was so refreshing!

We arrived after Hurricane Milton, all thing considered Hotel did an amazing job. No TV No wi-fi and looks like mother Nature is washing away the Beach.

It was not as advertised. Ammenities were out of service. The heater of the indoor pool was broken. The hot tub was out of order. The cable and internet service was out of order. The outdoor areas were a wreck. The bed was comfortable but that was it. It was not a good stay.

The staff was super friendly . Check in and out were a breeze . Property was very clean . I love how they have so many pools even an indoor pool so they are never overcrowded . Our room was newly renovated so it was very nice ! The Tiki Bar is very nice and not overpriced . Only complaint is that the WiFi isn’t that good but everything else was wonderful and I will be going back !

Always nice to see a familiar when checking in. Michelle always recognizes and greets our family when we arrive. Perry's is a home away from home feeling when staying. The property is older but well kept by the staff.

The hotel itself was great. Clean. Staff was friendly and nice. But they had a huge event and I wish they would have let those who had reservations know, because it was far from a quiet peaceful get away. Loud music, people covering the sidewalks with their chairs and belongings,tents everywhere on the property. it was very inconvenient for us who were there to enjoy a beach getaway. As well as that, they are going through some construction on the sea wall, and so they only had one access to the beach. I just happened to go at a bad time. Overall it was an okay stay.

The Perry’s is a reasonable hotel. You can see that they are remodeling the area. Would recommend that they add more lighting to bathrooms. But overall a nice stay.

Our room had been recently renovated and was very comfortable. Due to ongoing repairs of hurricane damage, the pool and beach area was affected by construction and was not as had been experienced previously. All in all, Perry’s is, and has been for years, our favorite place in Daytona Beach Shores! We can’t wait for our next visit to see the grass and outdoor area after construction is completed.

Right on the Ocean, they are still fixing up the back yard area of hotel but the pools were both open and wonderful.

We had a great time at the resort and definitely enjoyed all 3 pools! Kids had a blast!

Room, batgroom, kitchenette have all been renovated. Spacious room and super comfortable beds. 2 minute walk to beach from elevator. Pools are very nice but could use some shade. Property is a bit old but they are clearly working on it with a new seawall going in. Love the tiki hut which has reasonably priced drinks.
Winn dixie, seven eleven, ihop, book store, and surf shop directly across street and 5 minute walk from main towers. Also 50s style daytona diner 9 min walk from property. 5 min drive from other main areas and 15 minute drive to the daytona speedway, daytona 1 mall, and cinema.
Love that its pet friendly but keep in mind its $50 a day fee per pet. I didnt notice that til shortly before trip arrived and it ate into the budget.

Property is undergoing renovation. Inspite of this, the property, amenities, staff efficiency & hospitality were superb.Clean with comfortable beds & spacious rooms, I will definately stay here again.

Hard to get towels. Had a few water bottles left in building, but not a huge deal. I absolutely loved it though and right on the oceans.
