We arrived at 145. They said check in at 3. We had to wait. They did not have our room ready until 355pm

Great service, staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean. Coffee and restaurant staff were great. I would stay there again.

It changed so much since the last time I was there - went to happy hour first night - 2 drinks 48.25 $ unbelievable- service deplorable- House keeping 👎had to call because room was not made up at 4.30 pm - we waited on the balcony when room was made up and I was able to listen to the talk of the maids - I do speak Spanish - in a hotel where I paid over 800 $ I should expect a little respect - photo is of the finished room after cleaning

I am not sure who designed the bathroom barn doors with glass, but it is awful. There is no privacy. It is really bad

This day started off to a bad start. They said I had paid for breakfast, but I didn’t choose a breakfast option. They wouldn’t refund anything. I didn’t eat any of their breakfast. The employees are not very helpful very rude. When you asked him any questions they don’t try to make anything, right They just refer you back to Hotels.com. I looked at my receipt on Hotels.com. I didn’t see where I had paid for breakfast on the receipt. They insisted I did. We didn’t eat breakfast there and they wouldn’t credit anything back. The rooms were not very clean. There wasn’t enough towels in the room. Don’t know why the rooms wouldn’t at least be stocked with four towels. They only had one towel in there. I had to call down to housekeeping to get a towel, valet guys are not very nice when I called to ask a question they were very put off and then I was still talking and they had hung up the line

Safe was mot accessible - 3 requests to fix- failed. Tub did not drain properly. Front desk staff were not hospitable when checking in. Front desk did mot acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes, even though there were 4 staff members and 1 customer being helped. No staff member even made eye contact. When two pilots came to the line behind us they were immediately called to the desk by the staffers who were not helping anyone. A staffer who was standing by the staff member helping the original customer, simply walked away… again w/o acknowledging us and avoiding eye contact…. Simply rude.

Hotel was updated. Room was comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Loved being on the water & watching the boats go by. Friendly & welcoming staff.

We choose this location cause it was close to the cruise port. I did like that there was transportation available, it made it very convenient. The prices of the transportation was a bit high which limited us going out to places. The pool was very nice. The young woman working in the cafe area in the morning on I believe Tuesday and Wednesday (maybe Thursday but I can’t remember) was extremely friendly (keep her! She’s a gem!!) we checked in with a dark haired man on Monday afternoon and he was amazing.
