In general the stay was comfortable, Anitta was a very kind guest service representative, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was a Plus, the only thing I would suggest is the parking fee for overnight stay $40 kind of pricey when you stay more than 2 nights

The room was very clean but trying to find a place to park for valet was a nightmare and they need more people working valet especially when it is so busy.
I felt bad for the one who was running to get cars and people were honking and being so impatient but it was very busy and dangerous . Parking needs to be better.

Pros: Bed was comfortable, layout of the suite was nice, enjoyed the balcony
Cons: bathroom flooded with first flush upon entering room, bar was out of everything, HVAC was pouring water into the living room carpet, outlets on one side of the bed did not work, and in our 5 day stay, our room was never cleaned.

Nice hotel. The rooms here were nice and spacious with a comfortable bed and mini balcony to hang out and enjoy some fresh air. What I liked about this hotel the best though was how pleasant the staff was. From the front desk check in to the hotel's coffee shop, everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. This was a quick one-night stay and since the hotel restaurant/lounge was unavailable, we found that it was also super close to many restaurants and bars/lounges, so finding a place to east was a breeze. Very good location if you are going on a cruise as it was only about 1 mile away from the port, about a 10-minute drive. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in Tampa for a cruise.

Hotel was fantastic! However, because I booked through Hotels.com I did not get the room with a balcony that I requested. Apparently if the hotel gets over-booked, anyone who used a 3rd party does not get what they specifically paid for, even if it was done months in advance. I’m hopeful I will get refunded the difference. The hotel was kind enough to comp me a few free drinks at least.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with the area. Parking is 45$ a night, yes A NIGHT, for the hotels parking or you can park across the street for 25$ a night and have random people from the bars near your vehicle all night. I came out one morning to a beer sitting on the hood of my vehicle. The whole stay for 4 nights was 1000$. Absolutely overpriced and would not recommend anyone staying here realistically there are many more hotels in the area better priced that are just as nice . I also had a room with a balcony and it the balcony was sloped almost if the building was leaning to one side or something…. I’d look elsewhere if I could go back.

Anthony at the front desk was great. He was very helpful and courteous. He made sure our stay was pleasant. We arrived at the start of Tropical Storm Debby. We were greeted with towels to dry our soaking clothes. The valet and other staff were all great. No complaints.

The stay was good. The Starbucks in the lobby and also the only place to get breakfast was what was disappointing.
The choices were limited it wasn’t a full Starbucks. The coffee was so so and breakfast was bland.

While the hotel is a bit older and needs a good refresh, the bed was comfy and the service was incredible. Anita at the front desk is a gem, and Dian, is so kind and amazing, She helped us get our correct room we booked. Service 10/10!
