Was close to the fairgrounds where we were attending a concert. Upon arriving, it was also very clean with friendly staff!

I like the location of the hotel to the fairgrounds. I like that the staff is so nice especially Samantha at Front Desk.

I feel like when I use booking.com we get the worst room. Right behind elevator. The shower curtain was too short, water went everywhere! Lighting in bathroom is terrible (have mentioned this before). The hotel is looking tired and worn. I think next time I will try a different hotel :(

Work was being done on the side of the building right outside our window when we first arrived. It was very loud. Breakfast could include more options.

Dwayne was very helpful.

AC in room was spotty, still smelled like smoke - used Pooph & when we returned it was much better. Also lighting needs a redo.

Room was a good size. Quiet. Friendly staff. Clean but some wear and tear already visible. The bacon was nice and crispy. The King bed was comfortable, the sofa pull out..was pretty miserable.

The breakfast was ok. The „waffle maker“ made something that was not a waffle and therefore the strange pancake shape/ufo shape left the inside as raw batter. 3 attempts to make them cooked all the way through and we did not get it to work for us. There was room for 2 waffle makers, but only 1 was there. The choice of breakfast foods was ok but there are better. Shower pressure was non-exist, but this is a very common issue for every US hotel we stay at.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed but that was easily fixed by going downstairs and asking for them

Hotel is within 2 miles of Hard Rock Casino - where we intended to stay, however they were booked up. This was a great alternative. Clean, comfortable.

the property was nice. it had a nice view to it, the amenities were nice especially the complimentary breakfast. it was spacious and clean and very accessible to everywhere i had to go. was there for my grandmothers funeral

i didn’t like that it was hard to locate. i also didn’t like the fact that regular chips and drinks were over priced when the gas station was down the street selling for way less. i didn’t like how i was treated by the general manager. she was very rude and dismissive when i was asking about the double charge on my cards. i wasn’t offered any real explanation and was basically treated like i was annoying her. she couldn’t explain or find my transactions of where i was charged and because of that she started to get real flippant and nasty. i was so embarrassed and ridiculed that i didn’t even fight with her about the way i was being treated.

The breakfast was very good, very nice hostess. Location was perfect!

The sofa bed mattress was in very bad need of replacement.

The hotel is nice, good location, 3-5min drive to the casino. The mall was nice and not that far as well

Only one thing, the people in the next room was playing loud music 3am and making a lot of noise, while trying to sleep.

Breakfast was good. Check-in clerks had great customer service. Was able to get a handicap accessible room at the last minute.

The fact that daily room cleaning is only offered if you request it the night before was a bummer, considering the price we paid. At arrival the sink in wasn't draining properly, when I asked for someone to check it out, it wasn't followed through until I asked again the next day.
