Poor cleaned, unsafe place to stay,breakfast was poor but ok ,very small room beda no confortables,front desk excelent ,hotel general restrooms are nasty need atention Hotel need renovation

Amazing and friendly front desk staff, she was very polite and quick checking me in. Rooms were clean and neat as usual. Very cold room when you walk in but in this phienix weather that just the welcome mat you need. I have stayed here a few times beforw and each time it is always a great experience. Would definitely recommend. AZ mills mall just across the street walkable if you dont mind walking. Convenient store just around the corner.

I liked the easy access from the freeway. It was clean and the breakfast was average. Good for an overnight stay.

I booked a room for 5 people for 2 beds and a pull out couch. I was told because the property was over sold on double beds we had to have a king bed. I explained we had 3 kids who are not related of which 1 was a girl and 2 boys and this put us in a very uncomfortable situation.

The staff are all friendly,accomodating and helpful. It would be nice if there is a kettle in the room so we can always have a hot water for coffee or 2 min noodles without going downstairs

The breakfast could be better

After a long day of travel and a delayed flight, we checked in just after 1am exhausted (and to me it was 4am Eastern time). The man at the front desk said he was running the daily audit on their computer and I had to wait 15-20 minutes. On top of that, the 2 queen bed room I reserved 3 weeks earlier was gone, there was only 1 king bed, so my adult son had to sleep on the sofa. I checked in earlier in the day online and my card was charged that day well before I arrived, so I was certainly not happy, but was in no mood to argue. Why go through all the online check-in in advance if you're going to give my prepaid room away? Also, you obviously have my credit card on file to run the room charge, if you're going "run an audit" on your computer, why can't you have keys good to go for a guest that's checking in late?

Staff was slightly rude and our door handle was broken and no one fixed it. Also we stayed a little longer in our room and I attempted to tell the cleaning staff to give us an hour before coming in to clean she said ok but never came back. When we came back to room in the evening it was as we had left it

I have stayed here on many occasions and have never had an issue, staff always in point and very helpful, pool always ready for kids and just in general a great stay for the family

Great service and front desk staff. Very friendly and nice. My issue with the hotel, is the dirty room. It was cleaned, but behind tables, under beds, etc were bottles, floss picks and more trash. Expected, but not at a Marriott brand. My other complaints are not necessarily in the staffs control. People stayed in the pool until about midnight even though it closes at 10pm. We could not sleep, they were so very loud. The neighbors blasted music that could be heard through the walls. Very annoying. Maybe it was just a bad weekend when we went. I know the location is prime, but not fond of being within a stones throw to a dispensary, smoke shop, and gentlemen’s club. Not an ideal area for families. I suggest staying closer to the airport, in a more esthetic are, upkept property, and for a fraction of the price. I know my review is mainly environmental and not on the powers of the property. But they do have the power to adjust rates accordingly, and the rates I paid were similar to higher end places for a budget motel experience in a questionable neighborhood.

The room was clean. The bed was also very comfy. Like the location of the hotel. Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Longest check in wait time. The rooms where old and outdated. They fail to inform of a parking recapture fee. The ac doesn't work in the hallways.

Super clean room, ac fantastic, check in customer service i believed his name was Christian, outstanding, very respectful and professional, pool was nice and refreshing but...should be open at least until 11pm Arizona weather is no joke also breakfast in the morning should keep it flowing when finished you have to wait in line about 15 minutes until gets restocked

Great stay, room was spacious and comfortable. Minor problem with the tv remotes, no feedback. My partner had to hook it up with his phone somehow to adjust volume and controls. Property was clean and well taken care of.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. They actually do anything and everything to make your stay amazing. Next time, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.
