We had a great time with our 18 months old daughter. She was a little afraid of the ocean, but loved the pools. Great service from kind staffs. We’ll definitely go back to enjoy summer in winter :)

This place is like my home away from home whenever I come to see my fiancé this is a go to. They always treat me like family with the most love and respect of all, and they are the greatest people in the world.

The obvious waiting motion to get tips made me so uncomfortable when all the payment already included service fee. Of course, if they extra care for us such as kind responds upon our requests would be thankful so that we are willing to give tips. However, I don't think we have to pay plus tip(more payments over included tips we already paid) when the service we didn't ask for is given and which is the service given basically we already paid for. However, I saw many cases they expected me to give them tips more, waiting.... I didn't realize at the first but later on I could notice they were expecting... becoz some of them left the site by the time I gave them tips.. after waiting... Also, while I was staying for 4nights, I noticed that the vacuuming was not happened everyday... So I had to clean the living room and the sleeping room by myself.... using tissues....;; However, I loved baby sitters here!!! They were so professional and loving our kids!! I could see that they really care kids! I hired 3 baby sitters for all stays!! My kids loved them so much and had so much fun with them! 😍 Angie, Bengie, Christin and Sheila. Thank you so much!!! 💓
