Great place, quiet, safe & plenty of parking. Dtaff was very kind & kudos to the breakfast attendant (don’t recall her name). Will book again.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke (we are nonsmokers). There was no way we were gonna wait to change rooms because it took the gentleman 15 mins just to check us in (and there was no one ahead of us) and there were 3 parties behind us waiting to check in. We were exhausted from our long 8-hr drive and were starving so there was no way we wanted to wait another 45 mins for a different room. When we checked out the next day, we mentioned it to them and said it wasn't us and their response was "No problem." There was NO apology. The shower door would not stay shut but the shower pressure was good. The bed was a bit hard. Breakfast was decent. Ice maker on our floor worked great. Only one elevator that the staff also used for servicing the rooms but it was fairly efficient. Within walking distance of restaurants. Seemed like a safe area. With so many other lodging choices right there, we would not stay here again nor would we recommend it.

No working pool, ( we were told it was too expensive to repair) no working fire pit (it has never had propane in it we were told) no hair dryer, no Kleenex, worker doing breakfast was at table on her phone. Taking up table space for eaters with her personal belongings. (Eating space very limited to begin with) we chose this hotel for the pool and fire pit. Coffee was good tho! Faucet not attached to bathroom sink well and no Kleenex in the room. Our first room they put us in was never cleaned from previous guests and the worker told us that housekeeping marked it ready. For a new hotel, poor experience!!

Very accommodating. Small issue with room availability but upgraded us. Room had evidence of moisture issues. Complimentary breakfast was excellent Pool was closed for renovations and we were unaware . Overall, good experience

I would not recommend this property to anyone the room smelled of mold the bathroom tiles fill out the wall, the bathroom door lock came off the trim around the bar fridge came off , we were told the pool atunder construction but when we went to look it was used as storage room for bed frames and other hotel material, the staff were ok . i would not stay here ever again.

It was currently under construction, so the pool was closed. Alot areas seemed half done. Room was comfortable yet could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Price very responsble.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut Also we asked for our room to be cleaned half way during our stay & got ignored.

Location of hotel is great! Walmart, gas stations, and restaurant real close by. Minutes to splash lagoon. We rented a suite which helped out with a toddler. The pool was not working while we visited, the toilet did not flush properly, the room was barely cleaned, night stand had peanut butter on the alarm clock, bathroom door did not slide.

The bathroom door doesn’t provide total privacy and it didn’t lock. The TV should be in the sitting area where the couch is

Arrived at 5:30 pm and checked in. I was told at that time our room was not ready. That was no big deal. We had other things to do. Upon return to the hotel at 11:40 PM, we went to our room to find no working lights and an unready room. We were turned away AFTER I PAID, at 12:15 AM. The property has given us a run around about providing a refund for a room we were unable to use.

Upon arrival the staff was frazzled. They repeatedly told us that they were behind and understaffed. Our bathroom was dirty. The toilet had rim of scum in the bowl. The shower and sink had not be cleaned before our check in. There was mold growing in the windowsill. It was disgusting.

Was good value for two rooms for one night

i am 19 and my boyfriend is 20 we were traveling across the us this week to pennsylvania bc he's committing to a school and i had found this hotel on a different website that had stated in BOLD that it was 18 and after a 12 hours drive all we wanted to do was go to bed we were denied entry and i am unable to get a refund. i'm absolutely disgusted about the customer service from this place. take it from me and always call ahead to see if they are blatantly lying on their website or not.

Receptionists was very kind he help me cause he saw I have hearing loss so he spoke slowly I could understand very comfortable super clean gréât breakfast

The room wasn’t ready when we got there at 8:30pm. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. We had to park next to a backhoe all the way behind the building and carry our luggage thru a dumpster area to get to the front door. The room was ok but a bit stuffy. The sausage and eggs for the breakfast was cold and awful

The first room we were given already had people in it. So we were given a second room which had ants and the third room they gave us was filthy and smelled so bad. I ended up leaving and driving home.

Our room was newly renovated. Washroom was a good size. Breakfast buffet had good amount of options

Quiet hotel with OK quality near Erie. Door between rooms (locked) are this as a paper, everything from next room is heard.

Besides there being a stain on the bedskirt, the room was very tidy and comfortable. The pool was under construction so we didn’t have that. All in all a very nice stay.

The sofa bed was ripped and stained and disgusting. The floors were dirty. They charged me twice.

The staff at this hotel was great and the lobby was nice. The rooms however need updated, deep cleaned, and repaired . We had a giant hole in our wall and tiles missing from the bathroom. The phone in the room did not work properly and there was no front desk information so when we needed something we would have to physically leave the room and walk to the front desk. The TV channels were also all mixed up and only a select few channels worked. Will not be staying here again.

We checked in the day that this hotel became a Best Western. All of the mattresses were new. The staff was overwhelmed but still did a grwat job!

Theres a whole bunch of different hotels to stay at right in this area dont choose this one stick to hilton or marriot place was dirty workers looked like tweakers pool was "under construction"
