A nice place for my husband and I to explore IOM by public transport. Centrally located not to far from the bus stops and a nice view of the harbour from our bedroom . Lovely breakfast and friendly hosts.

Arrandale is a cosy hotel. The room, including the ensuite were clean and comfortable.

I found the apartment where I was staying clean and very well equipped so this was just what I needed. I was pleased I stayed in Douglas as there are a good range of shops and Douglas is an ideal location to be able to access all the modes of public transport. The electric tram, the steam train, buses and the Douglas bay horse tramway. In my opinion my apartment was ideal finding a quiet place to rest in Hutchinson square. The hotel staff were very kind and considerate. Thank you Scott.

Adequate stay. Cheaper than others around it, so decent value for money. Property is clean, but is dated and the room had numerous small but annoying problems particularly with the plumbing/shower and curtains that don’t shut out the light. Breakfasts were very good though. Area was safe, but not too much in the way of facilities nearby, so a walk into the centre of Douglas was often needed. (about 15 minutes walk) The steep walk back from the promenade can get tedious after a few days.

The apartment was amazing. I went with my family and we had a great time. Very clean, has all amenities etc A very responsive host. Extended our check out time at a short notice to help me catch up on an urgent work call. Very close to everything you need on the Island. My wife asked if I could give 10 stars, but can't because the score ends at 5😄

Hotels.com advertise the property as “pets stay free” however this is not the case and Arrandale wanted to charge an additional pet surcharge after I had booked and paid. This was then waived when I pointed out the wording on hotels.com Part of the decision in choosing Arrandale was the park across the road so that we could easily walk the dogs first thing in the morning and last thing at night, however we discovered that dogs are prohibited in the park. Parking is on street, however it is difficult to get a space as very busy and parking is only 2 hours between 8am and 6pm. The apartments were okay, not the comfiest or cleanest, but nice to have a little extra space more than a hotel room with the dogs, and great to have cooking facilities and washing machine.

Arrandale House and Apartments accommodation was our base for a week's holiday for our family of 4. We stayed in a 2 bedroom self catering apartment which was very spacious, clean and well-kitted out. The apartment is walking Distance to and from Douglas Beach, shops and all public transport stops. We had a great week - top ratings on all counts. I would suggest putting a small fan in each of the rooms as the appartment did tend to get hot at times.

This is the first time to Isle of man. The room is clean and nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my stay at Arrandale House. The Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The meals were excellent and provided with care & consideration. The Manager was very friendly & helpful and the Hotel was kept incredibly clean.

Very comfortable flat with plenty amenities, great location and always parking available

We were upgraded to a ground floor apartment in another property (close to the original booking) which really suited our holiday plans for visiting friends and relatives and exploring the Island. Serious renovations were underway whilst we were there - our apartment was excellent and we enjoyed our stay - but additional attention needs to be given to the plumbing noise (especially from the outside pipes). Location was okay if you either had a car or enjoyed walking. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a week.

Great stay, close to the town. Breakfast was nice. We traveled with our 1 year old so the only issue was the room was very bright when it came time to put her to bed. Would be awesome if they had blackout blinds.

Fantastic accomodation from top to bottom. Friendly staff and great rooms. Great location with a short walk to the sea front and centre of town. Would 100% stay here again.

This apartment is well equipped and convenient for accessing local amenities with good parking potential. The isle of man is a great place to explore and we enjoyed lots of good restaurants in Douglas.

Spacious and comfortable. Management very helpful there for anything you wanted. Our ferry was delayed going home so let us keep the room for longer which was very helpful for us. The food very nice at the hotel. Would book again if staying in Isle of Man.

Myself and my daughter had a long weekend motorcycle trip and spent two nights at Arrandale House.Our room was clean but could do with a bit of a refurb. Dinning room was very nice and very good breakfast. Free wifi and on street parking, free for motorcycles but disc parking for cars. Good location for a five minute walk to the centre of the promenade

I booked this for my 79 years young dad and my son as attending my other sons wedding. They thought the room was spacious, shower room lovely and the meals available were great. They would stay again.
