Most horrible experience. They had chimney pump running right above the room and full sound in the room. Could not sleep

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and there are many shops within walking distance to do shopping. Overall, we had a good stay here.

It was a pleasant experience and the staff were so friendly and supportive. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed staying in this hotel worth the money spent.

Overall the stay was a good experience added with some issues in the Internet connectivity and bit leakage in the bathroom tap.

Being a 4* rated , the room's needs were not in place. The phone has options like reception, housekeeping etc, but when you press the button nothing happens. There is no notice in room as to on what number you need to contact reception or any service. As it is usually 9 for reception I tried on it but in vain, I got to try different numbers to contact house keeping for towels. Finally when I contacted reception and asked them about this they were very light in taking things. When I asked for manager he had left for the day @ 10.30. While checking out they were not even paying attention to my complaint as there was some group booking. enjoyed staying. reception staff was very cooperative. Specially like to mention abt the staff Ms. shilpa for her helping nature.only the negative about hotel is very poor house keeping. rest all is good.

Room was stinky and they sprayed room freshener after complaint. Charged for complimentary breakfast due to early checking though i checked out same day which is one day ahead of scheduled checkout date. When I spoke to them about early checking they did not inform about extra charges. Restroom was unclean, looks cleaned weeks ago and many more.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean. Fittings were bit old and the AC did not work very well but reasonably well maintained and sufficient for our needs. The highlight of our stay was the included breakfast. The spread and taste were outstanding and it was a great start to the day

After a long flight from Australia, I was looking to quickly settle into my room and after 1 minute of friendly discussion with the reception staff - I was ushered to my room with no hassles. On arrival, what struck me was the elevator and decor. The elevator made it very easy to access my room. As you exit the elevator, you are awestruck by the artwork and murals that you can see on every floor above 1st floor. The thing you will appreciate most about this 3 star hotel is that the staff offer a 5 star service and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. I was treated very well by everyone - especially by Mr. Amitesh who gave me information about great places to visit, helped me appreciate the different cultures on offer in India, helped me with some business meetings I needed to organise and followed up on any requests I had. This made my life a lot easier and meant I could focus more on the pleasure side of my visit. The main things I required on my stay were air conditioning, free wifi, breakfast, self contained shower/bath and english speaking reception staff. I can tick all of the above and say the rooms were tidy and nice in appearance. There are cheap places to eat nearby, a shop to recharge your mobile credits, a gym at the front of the hotel and for 30-50 rupees, you can catch an auto to Big Bazaar and the shopping district.

I stayed with my family and location of the hotel is in excellent location and it's a good value for money I would recommend any time to all my friends.

it has been a great experience as i visited hyderabad area for the first time. Hotel representatives were very courteous and helpful. While the food prices in the restaurant were expensive, the room service was very good in terms of timeliness, quality of food.

Since I booked the hotel on line, they charged me for the night I did not use. No refund for the unused night. It is in great location for shopping which is what my wife likes. Also, it is centrally located in the city. Hotel needs some repair work. The lavatory after flushing, the water does not stop even after 5 minutes. This was annoying. The street gets very filthy by the evening with lot of advertising flyers. Open drainage has foul smell. If you want to take a walk in the street, this not a good hotel. It is in an extremely busy place and good for all types of shopping. Two of us, I.e., my wife and I stayed in the hotel, and we were given two twin beds instead of a queen or a king bed. We ended up sleeping separately. Morning breakfast was served with Indian and western dishes and it was GREAT! In my next visit if shopping were to be my main objective, I will come back again.

I was thoroughly surprised by the international standards in hospitality right in Hyderabad. The break fast buffet was extremely good as was the dosa festival. The rooms were of right size with all amenities including a safe. Staff was very courteous. Sent me a small vehicle instead of a big one to the airport. Apart from the vehicle issue, everything was perfect.

Excellent Hotel at a reasonable price.....all the amenities of the ITT Kakatiya at half the price and without the pomp.
