I loved this place! Will definitely be back. Very quiet and clean, friendly staff and just steps from the beach. Both parties checking in in front of me said they have been every year for decades!

This is definitely one of the nicest and comfortable places I have ever stayed. If has absolutely everything you could want going away for a vacation. And I believe it is owned by Americans, plus the staff. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. There was plenty of room for a family in the cottages, and the suites were fantastic, it was equipped with all the needs to make a meal if you didn’t want to go out and spend money. Beds were perfect and you are control of the air conditioner. And the pool was clean and all the chairs were in good condition. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. I want to thank them for my wonderful hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and our cottage was clean. We had a stove, microwave, dishes, and a nice eating area. There is some construction in the back but the wall they are working on facing the beach looks nice. Super convenient access to the beach. We’ll be back!

Sherri at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly and polite. First impressions we great! The room was very clean! Cozy cottage. I loved how my bike was parked in front of my door. The pool was great overlooking the ocean.

I liked the feel of the "cottages" and an easy walk to the beach. It rained most of the time, but I didn't care. I needed a day to breathe before I continued down the road. I would stay again

This property has a lot of history and the e done a good job with the upkeep. While parking appears to be a challenge we had no issues on a major weekend. We will be back!

We had the oceanfront room and it was such a lovely stay to watch the sunrise! Room was very clean and everyone we spoke to was so friendly. Will definitely go back!

Cottage was cozy, gas stove in the kitchenette was awesome, sloped roof was a little low for taller people, but the space was nice overall. Probably would have been quiet if it wasn't for recent damage to the property.

Me and my family rented the two bedroom cabana. It was nice. Lots of room and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed two nights. The beach was very close and it was quiet. Just the sound of the ocean. Pretty close to fine dining and convenience stores. Try captions pizza for a late night craving. Really tasty! Over all I’d come back next time I’m in Daytona.

Had a great stay in one of the cottages. Everyone was extremely nice and very attentive. The cottage was so cute and it comes with a bbq grill. Pool was clean and nice. Overall a great stay! There was some miscommunication on my part about not knowing about a pet fee and Guy the owner was so nice and understanding about it. Will definitely come back in the future!

This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed and I am a clean freak, took my own clorox wipes and this is the first place I have ever stayed where not even one thing was not spotless !! You feel like you are in your own little piece of heaven and so quiet and relaxing.
