The EV charging was misleading. There were only Tesla chargers and they were the old ones that dont charge other EVs. A huge disappointment

We had a king size bed, and a Jacuzzi tub room. The bed was AWFUL! It was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in.! Then the Jacuzzi tub was so disgusting, and didn't want to work for us. After I cleaned it out, It finally worked, but it was frustrating.

Stayed for a weekend getaway over the Labor Day weekend. Hotel was nice, clean. Bed was too soft for me (personal choice, not a bad review), hotel restaurant was nice, sat at the bar. Food was excellent, bartender was friendly and fun to talk to, drinks were made well. Pool was clean and refreshing, hot tub was clean and relaxing.

good location, close to all the shopping stores and restaurants in the area. The room could use a makeover, but everything was clean.

I was charged a lot for a pet that I was informed about upfront. The manager did end up writing it off which I appreciated. But the room had a funny smell. There were no dark curtains - only the frilly ones. The breakfast was just okay for the price they charge. Not worth the excessive cost.

The staff were fantastic. After a long drive with our two dogs, they were kind, welcoming and accommodating both at the front desk and in the adjacent restaurant.

Convenient location, clean room… The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was the refrigerator freezer was full of water and it was warm other than that it was perfect

I was supposed to have a double king room (2 rooms) and i ended up with a single room with 2 queen beds. I paid 60 dollars for the breakfast that was egg out of a carton, mediocre potatoes, and mediocre sausage patties. But, the whole trip to Erie was like this, from restaurants to events.

The front staff were amazing. The woman during out stay was there when we checked in and checked out and went above and beyond. She is truly skilled and remembers family names and room numbers! Her memory blew my mind!

My husband and I had a nice 2-day stay during a brief business trip. Our room was clean and updated; we experienced to issues during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly as well; huge plus!

We had a room that was above the exhaust fans and the room smelled as if someone microwaved seafood - that was a little off putting. We couldn’t ask for a room change because all rooms were booked for a soccer tournament that we attended. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel room was wonderful. I booked an accessible room as my parents and I all have mobility issues and was surprised how massive it was. The room was comfortable and spacious, the beds were okay, and my parents loved the pillows. I didn't like the pillows, but liked the bed and my parents hated the bed but liked the pillows. Their bed was slanted towards the head and I felt the pillows werent supportive enough. Overall the hotel was nice and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only issue we had was the elevators smelled like marijuana the first two days. They did spray them though after we mentioned it to them.

The room LOOKeD clean and for the most part but we found 6 food wrappers under couch (we used pull out couch) and under beds. Walls and doors also needed to be wiped down. (Drink or food splashes) I just feel like in general hotels clean room they do the check list (beds, bathroom garbages and vacuum ) but never anything else that may need it. Makes it nice to go home after a trip 😉
