My only complaint is that we have 4 people in a room and they only gave us 3 towels and wash clothes, so every bight we had to ask for an extra one. Very friendly staff, hotel was clean, breakfast was good.

This is a decent hotel. It had a few issues I think that they could focus on the building maintenance a little bit better. We can definitely see that there was water damage in the bathroom at some point and this is the third floor. But overall the hotel was clean. The temperature was nice in the room. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would say this is a very well run hotel.

The front desk representative was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, setting the tone for a great stay. I booked online but was disappointed to find my double queen reservation didn't include a suite. However, the agent made a kind exception and upgraded us to a suite. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we enjoyed the spa area and breakfast. I'll definitely return for our next staycation.

Very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Toiletries provided are nice. In room coffee.

Everyone was extremely nice & accomodating

Our stay was great. The hotel is surrounded by many different food places. Bowling alley right next door. A Walmart 3 minutes away. It is located in a very convenient area for all your needs. The breakfast was good different options and was constantly being changed out for fresher food. When it came to check out day that's where the only issue we had came into play. My partner had left the room with a key to go grab a luggage cart an upon returning to the room the key wasn't working. My partner left out the room at 11am check out was at 12noon luckily I was still in the room otherwise we would've been out of luck and had to go back down stairs to gain access. If check out is at 12noon the key card should stay active til 12. If it isn't they should let people know at check-in so people know.

Good food

The food was excellent! I liked having the options of yogurt, oatmeal & pancakes. The hot tub was nice too.

Super clean

Various parts of building in need of repair, dirty windows, hallway walls and elevators. Hot tub smelled strange and was cloudy. Gum on floor around pool. Our room was not very clean. Coffee table had food and sticky spots. Cobwebs and hair in bathroom. Boogers wiped on walls. The fold out couch bed was absolute garbage, no one was able to sleep on it. Hole in comforter. There was dirt/sand in bed. Room was nice size, beds comfy, breakfast was decent. It was nice we could watch navy graduation in the dining room area. We were told by lady at the front desk that check out time was noon. Went to our room to get our things at 10:25am and our key cards no longer worked. Housekeeping was nice enough to let us in, and told us rooms are locked afted 10:30.

Stayed for boot camp graduation. 10 mins away from command. Easy to get around. Close to restaurants, stores and six flags. Offers great breakfast, clean, has a little vending area with a variety of items. Has iron board & hair dryer in room. Beds comfortable. Only issue pillows not great, but not really super bad either.

I came there with 5 of my 6 grandchildren. And for 4 of them, it was their first hotel experience. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again.

Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast had a variety of choices and kids loved it.

Nice hotel with plenty of places to eat nearby. Also close to Six Flags, Gurnee Mills, and a bowling alley (walking distance from the hotel). Staff was super friendly!

Best Hotel we ever stayed at. Plenty of space for a family of 5-6. They have all amenities we wanted. The convenience of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would book again.

Perfect to get away from your husband to cheat

I reserved a suite which was really a bust. I thought there would be two tv and there was not. Over by the beds, 2 queens, we were cramped. Too close to the window and half wall. I would not waste my money next time!

Nice hotel, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! Make sure you put your do not disturb sign out the night before they come around early to clean by 9 30 am! Only complaint we had was the hot tub had jets (bubbles). Pool was cold and the area was dirty we were there later in the evening so maybe thats why? But overall its a nice hotel!

My family of 3 enjoyed the stay. We went to 6 flags, and just slept for one night. The room was clean, bathroom looks newly renovated (although there are marks and chips on the vanity… maybe caused by other past customers), check-in was easy, 10 min drive from 6 flags, close to many restaurants and shops. We had no complaints!

Our trip was absolutely amazing because of Lucas and Alex. Lucas helped us when we knew we got our checkout time wrong, and he gave us a FREE late check out! We went out at night to get steak and shake, when I walked in my drink carrier broke! I felt so embarrassed and like I had done something wrong, I went up to Lucas and apologized profusely and asked for cleaning supplies to clean it up. Lucas then proceeded to make me feel so much better and tell me not to worry about it and enjoy my stay, he was so understanding. We had a suite for 5 people and we all needed to shower but the shower wouldn’t drain after the first person showering, Lucas and Alex then offered us a free room to shower in for our comfort, then to apologize for the inconvenience they gave me a free Ice cream cone to help me feel better. Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to six flags. Lucas and Alex are the best employees and deserve a raise.
