Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was not working at all. Not businesd friendly with no wifi. International travellers need wifi to stay in touch. To be told you would have wifi a d find there is no connection was a big let down. Staff said it was sliw connection but it was non existing.

Horrible bed and old standard in general. Traffic was loud and the aircon bearly cooled the room and was really loud. Was only there for one big one night luckily

We are repeat guests of Alpa City. We booked this hotel during Sinulog. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early. The rooms are large and clean. They have microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Staff is friendly and accommodating. During Sinulog it is difficult to get transportation to and from the hotel.

Railings on balcony were bad top one rusted through almost gone.The room was comfortable.

Towel are old, Frontpage desk did not get may Bills correct and did Not receive my check out receipts . Little organizational would Help.

I've stayed here a few times before and didn't have any issues with cleanliness but this last time wasn't all that great. There were 5 or 6 bugs, that I could see, in the room the last night I stayed. I'll say they got in while cleaning services came around but I was not happy to see the bugs. Everything else was fine, check-in and check-out, ac was cold as always, and staff is always very nice.

Well worth the price with great service! Would recommend to friends and family.

Some staff are nice and some are not.We stayed for one night and 2 nights separetely.Facilities and furniture were nice.We were fine since we were in Philipinnes however I would not recommend this hotel if you don't want any roaches.Overall, we liked our stay there.

When we arrived at 2 pm to check-in, at first the Receptionist said the room would be ready in a few minutes, after about 5 minutes then she said it would be another 15 - 20 minutes, the truth was that the room was not yet cleaned or ready for occupancy. What is the point of having a Reservation if they do not get organized enough to make certain that your room can be occupied when you arrive. On a positive note, the room was well appointed, very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet is very good, for a 3 star Hotel the buffet is exceptional.

Just good location for a first hotel in Cebu Island. Airport and restaurant-area are near by. I would choose this hotel any time again.

Good value for money hotel. Considering the price I pay for the room, the complimentary buffet breakfast is a bonus.

ACS has seen better days. The property is in need of general maintanance and modernization. I doubt the walls and doors have seen paint for many years. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel, with friendly staff - excellent wifi - good resteraunt with a large breakfast available - everything almost new. 25 mins to airport at 9.30am, but watch the Taxis. The fare should be metered and is 180 pesos as of this date. My taxi was ready outside the hotel so knowing the fare I asked him what was the cost - he said 350 pesos - standard charge. He then covered the meter with a cloth. I then took his full details and asked him who decided on the "standard charge" he said "he did" because he was the driver. I then pointed out the notice on his window that he was a metered cab and it was officially sealed. He then took away the cloth and let the meter run. This has nothing to do with the hotel but pity to start the morning with a fight. Get the porter to agree the fare at the hotel first before U leave. I am giving his details to the Hotel.

The hotel staff are courteous and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is great. But the sink in our bathroom needs repair. The location is accessible to both SM City Cebu and Ayala Mall Cebu.

Jack hammer construction outside at 11pm is not cool. I understand the hotel could not stop it but they should coordinate with the local permit issuing authority to have better input on this type of activity.

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet well done with a nice variety. Would not be afraid to recommend it for a family.
