The staff was excellent and made sure my stay was a pleasant one.

There were two fire alarms that went off in the middle of the night. Vacated the room, not a single employee was present. Not an employee seen outside giving directions where we should meet. Maybe around 40 people that vacated, all standing in front of the facility. Went to steakhouse for dinner, had to sit in the bar to eat since they were booked that night. The bartender was extremely rude, not attentive to anyone. Shooting dirty looks and eye rolling at anyone with a question. I ordered a margarita, just a house flavor. It tasted like gasoline and very tart. When I brought this to her attention, she looked me and replied 'That we serve them like this'. Not a single ounce of compassion. I ordered a Pepsi, which the first one was great. I finished my meal, no mention of ' Can I get you a refill?' She asked me about a refill when she dropped off the check. When I received it was straight carbonation. I brought this to her attention as well and she said she would let the manager know. By then I was super disappointed that I spent 150.00 and was serviced and treated horribly. The entire 2 hours we were there there no more than 7 people to serve. My husband and I take day trips every other weekend and stay 1 to 2 nights in a hotel. I will never return to this facility

Nice place to stay.

Upon arrival I was told that they did not have a reservation for me. When I pulled up the confirmation from Hotels.com, they told me there has been a problem with the site not forwarding reservations to them. My room rate at Hotels.com was $149 and the best they could do for me was $180. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told one was not available. The front desk employee kept alluding that this was an issue with the 3rd party site and there was nothing she could do about it. It seemed like I was being blamed for using Hotels.com to book the reservation. After the check in, things went pretty well.

They are blaming their new system on not receiving our expedia booking! They didn't honor Expedia's price. We paid $89 more because they didn't have our reservation. Once we got to the room, the room was fine but no hot water just a tab warm. And no food after 10pm and small town so we were SOL for food at night. The casino and bowling were fun. Also the manager was rude. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was great, clean inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Food was cold and not all items ordered were served. My family and I ate out after that last meal. The gift shop had issues with system, I was not able to buy T-shirts and gifts for family and friends.

Incredible setting. Idyllic. Peaceful. I really wish I could have stayed extra nights. The staff was friendly. There was a separate tub and shower. I had a balcony that I enjoyed my morning coffee on watching the sun rise. Perfect!

this is a non smoking property and yet our room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room

I love the resort. It was a family friendly environment. The casino was mediocre table games Thursday -Sunday til 2am. Blackjack rotate dealer every 30 minutes. Casino overcharged by $40. Yes I would stay again tho.

Very nice hotel, wish the other restaurant was open. Overall very nice.

The room was well appointed and clean. Meal venues were excellent, in good food, Service, and price. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and bowling. Limited games in casino but still fun.

Such a lovely place to stay, even without using the casino facilities. Extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I was disappointed that you had to pay for drinks even though I was gambling.

It was amazing and I will stay here again. One thing that they need to correct is seating those waiting for a table at both of the restaurants. I waited quite long to be recognized and shown to a table both in the evening and then the next morning.

This hotel was beautiful right from the start. We loved the flutes as we walked in. Service was great. The room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. The pool and hot tub were clear and excellent also. This was a short stay during a trip on 160, and we were wishing for more time at this beautiful place!

We stayed for 3 night and had a very peaceful and pleasant time. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area and will recommend to our friends and family.

Best hotel with clean rooms, fantastic customer services, and entertainment was worth the stay!!

Great place before Durango, Co. I love coming here because I get to avoid the business of the city. Location has Bowling, mini golf, Casino, three restaurants, and grille restaurants.

The facility is super clean with bowling on property. Staff is great. Great for walking and enjoying clean parks, walking trails, and Southern Ute culture.

Great stay all around. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and the cappuccino was delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My dad enjoyed the casino although the casino was very stingy with their winnings on the slot machines. Roulette was a blast. We had a great time.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but not flexible on check in. Quick to check you out. Most hotels will work with you if the room has been cleaned and ready. Wanted to charge $50 extra dollars for hour early check in. Food options were extremely limited, the only restaurant there closed at 2:00 pm. No dinner options.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sky Ute resort. The great thing about this resort is that it is family friendly. From The lazy river and pool, to mini golf, as well as bowling, there are many things to do for those under 21. The staff was super friendly. Keep an eye on the restaurant availability. While some of the restaurants are closed on certain days of the week, the lounge has food options available to go, and the front desk will offer great suggestions around the area if the restaurants are closed. Looking forward to going back soon!

Well I drove 6 hours to get there around 8 pm and all the restaurants were closed by the time I checked in and showered ! And Monday the only restaurant closest 2 pm…no local tours offered…peaceful but out in the middle of ranch land! Durango traffic was horrible!
