Tend to stay at this hotel when In Liverpool. Great location, clean & friendly.

Very good location and good breakfast with decent coffee and good amount of food choices. Rooms are simple but clean. Good gym facilities and welcoming staff. Said has parking for extra fee, but actually just has very few places. Apparently has discount for near by Q-park but only if pre-booked, which isn't on their website so need to ring them before hand.

Enjoyed the stay although first room wasn't as clean as normal. Reception were very good and this was dealt with. Room was very comfortable. Food was good at breakfast also evening meal. A great location for the city tour of Liverpool. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful..

Despite advance messages where I asked about parking the hotel failed to respond at each opportunity. I then arrived only to see that the on site parking was closed so I was really unhappy as I had to park at the John Lewis car park overnight and walk between the two properties. Being someone with mobility health issues didn’t start the stay off well as I was in agony by the time I got to the hotel. I received an email saying about checking in via the app, but contrary to that because I booked through Hotels.com it couldn’t be immediately linked to my Hilton Honors account so I couldn’t get the digital key they told me I could. In the room (627), the bed was amazing and we had a great night sleep but the bathroom facilities were ridiculous. We put the entrance to the shower immediately behind the door??? The shower was positioned in such a way that it was impossible to avoid turning the bathroom floor in to a river, so we had to use all the hand towels to keep it dry, not very eco friendly! The net curtain in the room also had stains on, the glass top on the desk had marks over and the bathroom sink had a load of limescale and green deposits around the overflow hole.

Excellent hotel in great location. Easy walk from Lime Street Station. Staff very friendly & helpful. Very clean & large spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Wil definitely stay again.

Access to the internet difficult requiring registration with Hilton Rewards .I was given to understand that the charge is £12!?

Hotel Room was very comfortable,nice big bed. Bar Prices were very expensive.

Generally nice hotel, needs a some refurbishment as corridor lighting was a bit dim, carpet was warn away in bedroom, toilet seat was loose/broken, TV was very small, not both sides of bed(s) had power sockets, no USB ports, and the room aircon could not be controlled from within the room.

They gave me a room that had not been made up. Bags of Nando’s and rubbish left in the room.

It was a brilliant stay all round.

Amazing location next to all the major tourist attractions plus shopping on hand! Disappointed that our bath was chipped needed repairs and since we last stayed biscuits in our room had been withdrawn!

Excellent hotel in heart of Liverpool!

Thought the room was a bit dated and the dressing table chair was of poor quality.

Pros: You could see that most if the staff were Hilton Trained and went the extra mile. Cons: The air con in the room was noisey. When we arrived for our £40 breakfast, there were no tables available in the dining area. We were offered alternative seating in the Bar area. In my opinion, if Hilton are charging £20 each for an average Hotel buffet breakfast offering, they need to ehance the offer with the associated services. Had we known in advance that, Hilton would struggle to accommodate us at breakfast, we would have choosen to breakfast elsewhere.

In Liverpool on business, I travel a lot and this was the most comfortable bed pillow combination so far this year. I will revisit when next in Liverpool.

Ridiculous, did not change bed sheets after last guest. Disgusting, will never stay at a Hilton ever again.

This stay was great from start to finish. Easy access, lovely room, great breakfast and good value for money.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before but the first room had water damage and smelt extremely bad, so we moved rooms. The 2nd room the main door to the room did not shut properly/ had to ensure you used the key card to shut door. The hotel is okay but looking quite tired. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

This is a typical commercial hotel but is very well situated near the Royal Albert Docks and the shopping areas. The only negative thing is that we noticed a very strong mold smell in our room and in the hallway and reported it to the staff as there appeared to be a water leak from the shower. The rest of the hotel was immaculate.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Alarm clock suprised us by going off even when we unplugged it but ither than that, petfect stay.

I have stayed there many times before, but it somehow felt the this time not up to its usual standard. Hairdryer in room wasnt working on first morning, mentioned it straight away and it wasnt changed in time for my next day's shower and hair wash. Bayliss and harding toiletries!? No hair conditioner. Toilets in main bar area need some maintenance, plus i mentioned that one of the toilets was absolutely filthy, ( how a customer had left it) Reception staff were lovely however.

Parking is tricky.

Awful room flooded and my clothes were all wet couldn't get washed and couldn't use water as it was flooding room from shower and bath really upsetting for me and stressful

Room was to hot, we asked for it to be looked at and was told the are having trouble with air conditioning in the hotel but would look to send a fan up to the room. When we got back the room after our evening out the was no fan in the room which was disappointing and lead to a very restless sleep

Stayed for an overnight with my partner. Location is great for the city center. Lady on reception was friendly while checking us in and so was the lady when checking us out. The room I feel is dated, feels like the bathroom has been freshened up however the bedroom is dated. Dark oak furniture, dark brown curtains and really low lighting!! The bed was really comfortable, and we both slept really well. great breakfast!

Only stayed for a couple of nights, can't fault the Hilton. Bed was extremely comfortable.
