Property was very clean and in good repair. Staff are very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). Breakfast is not exactly to western tastes in many cases, but egg station is good. Pool is small and not many sun beds, there was also many reserved with towels for much of the day, which could do with addressing. Overall a good hotel in decent location

Stayed for a week over Christmas holidays. This is a no frills hotel with a decent location far enough from the action for a little quiet but only close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are big and clean. The rooftop pool is nice, not as fancy as the pictures make it seem. There is a bar up there but it's small and not really like a bar. The service was strange. We traveled from the US which took us about 2 days with a lengthy layover. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the check in time so they charged me 200 Baht for checking in early. I get that there are rules, but seriously.. $7 and the room was ready anyways. Not a warm welcome. I brought food home one night and didn't have a fork. I figured I could borrow one from the restaurant downstairs. They made me put down a 100 Baht deposit lol. Because of the language barrier there isn't much point in arguing these points with them but even though the staff was friendly enough it still cheapened the experience. Breakfast was good, eggs and pancakes made to order, lots of bread and fruit, wish there was bacon. I'd stay again if I couldn't find a better deal elsewhere. Walking note: The main street you have to cross to go anywhere is somewhat terrifying to cross. Not the hotels fault but worth mentioning if you're a little older or have mobility challenged.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was big, good location within walking distance of everything.

Location is quite ok and easy to reach for Indian food

Very disappointing in overall and staff are also very rude. Especially this lady staff made our stay at this hotel terrible. Asking extra money without checking the system and behaved like we staying at her hotel for free. There are many other better options you can go for.

I will come back to this hotel and i recommend to all.

My wife and i loved staying at Ashlee heights, the rooms are huge and have everything you need. Easy to get to the shops and beach. The staff ate amazing, so friendly and helpful. The pool is great. We will be coming back and hopefully bringing family with us.

All was good. Located near by jungcyelon and patong beach. But little expensive.

The spot was conveniently situated from everything. 10-15min walk to the Patong Beach, Bangla Street and from a number of really great restaurants. The staff were always so polite, always bottles of fresh water available. breakfast buffet was ok - it could have done with more variety. The only issue I had was that when we left our room during the day, taking your hotel card turns everything off, meaning AC off so room was stifling when returning, which attracted heaps of cockroaches. I get it, being in a not so clean part of Patong, but I wasn’t impressed with that. Other than that - it was really lovely. Totally rate the staff - always pleasant and so lovely

The hotel staffs were mostly friendly and helpful. No matter in the daytime or night time, there is no lightings to illuminate the corridor. Overall, the stay there is quite pleasant.

Spacious and clean room. Worth the money. A bit of a distance to nightlife district if by walking. Staff should improve on friendliness.

The location of the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the emergency exit was under construction when we arrive. They still give us a room that is right next to the construction stair.... it was soo noisy. They should have given us a room that was further down the hall.

Stay was awesome...hotels location was good it was away from the busy streets. Shuttle to and from the mall and beach. Very convenient. Pool on the rooftop was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Two security guys were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Good value for money in an area of patong I like to stay

Won't stay here again the shower is not even warm we are trembling while bathing with kids some more... The wifi super slow and can't even be used... Worse experience ever...

The area will be better and safer when all the building work and pavements are completed.

The location is too far than what is advertised. There is nothing around it and its about a 15-20min walk to Bangla Rd. the hotel room itself was nice and clean. The Wifi was absolutely terrible!! Would not stay connected for longer than 2min, then would require you to connect again. Our safe would not open and stopped working completely. We requested it be open But were advised they will Deal with it in the morning. The buffet breakfast was shocking, stayed there 10 days and the only good thing was toast with jam and butter. Even the reception staff upon check out said to us we should of stayed elsewhere and that the hotel is run badly. The pool on rooftop is nice but only 1 day out of the 10 was there someone behind the bar. The pool deck was only good as it was on rooftop with perfect view of the sun set each night. I strongly would not recommend this place to any person.

Good location, just rent a bike across the street and patong beach would only be 3 minutes away, Jungceylon (some huge shopping mall and the largest in the patong area I believe) would be 2 minutes away. You can park your bike anywhere and feel secure enough that it will still be there when you go back to fetch it the next day. Had a comfortable stay, room was relatively clean (though I did spot a couple of stains here and there but hey, I ain't too fussy), staff were friendly, free wifi allowed me to contact home, if I ever have to go back to Phuket again, this hotel would be it!
