The room itself is clean but the tiles on the floor are starting to crack. The water pressure in the shower is really good also. On the other hand, you can hear the noise from the corridor and the cars from the road. The curtains doesn't cover completely the windows so the light comes in when the sun is up, especially on the sides.

There’s a taho in the buffet. Which we don’t have in the U.S.

Hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. They smile most of the time.

Excellent hotel to stay at, right across from Ayala Mall, convenient location. Staff are incredible, thanks to Julius, Franz, Anton, and Chell for being so awesome and friendly. They made my stay even better! Rooms are nice with ice cold AC, trust me you'll be thankful!

Don’t stay @ room 937, it’s rite in front of the housekeeping and so noisy, overall the 9th floor is a mess my parents stayed @ room933 it is a mess…Hope the management will take good care of each of the clients

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the shower was not so great. Dining at the property was delicious and the wait staff were very kind and hospitable.

I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough. The pool is small but ideal for sun bathing. Staff were attentive if you wanted to order food or drink. And pool toilets were always kept clean and tidy. So the reason why this hotel gets a 4 star rather than 5 from me is because the only place I could get good wifi was by the pool, even though my room was on the pool level. In my room, the wifi would work for a couple minutes max before ceasing to exist for the next 45 minutes, at least. This made wifi completely useless, and I had to pay extra charges to use my mobile internet abroad. I will be staying here again next year and hope this issue is resolved.

Nice hotel

Very nice Hotel with a amazing Breakfast Buffet. Easy to ckeck in and check out. Room was good, a little smal for a deluxe room. And the windows dont have a good noice canceling. I was on the 15th floor and wake up at night because of dog barking and travel noices. But the Area is very good, a great korean BBQ within 50m. We had issues with airconditon. But the Maintenance handled it quick so good they can.

Good place and friendly

Location is good being close to the Ayala Centre. BUT What a difference a year makes. Stayed here one year ago and it is almost a different hotel. Previously staff attention was super from check in, at breakfast whatever the time, room service etc. This occasion I was placed on the 7th floor directly alongside the highway hence noisy and dusty. This whole floor appears as though it needs refreshing, including the pool area. Pool staff were good. Not once at breakfast was I shown to a table and finding one yourself you needed to request that it was prepared. The food now is no more than an average buffet. Although this may appear to be negative it is in comparison to a previous visit. Hopefully the situation will not change more for the worse.

I Booked in for a member of my staff to stay for five nights-n the first night of his stay he had cockroaches in his room and the bathroom so he was moved to another room. On the final night when he came back to the hotel after dinner, there was a cockroach on his bed. All of this was also after he was relocated to another room, which had the exact same problem. There were even insect sticky pads in room in plain view which clearly says the hotel management know they have a cockroach problem in the guest room. We wont be booking or our staff or clients to stay here again.
