Vast choice of transport from free rides on GOKL bus (within KL) to different means of rail transportation, Grab, Uber, etc are within walking distance. Vast choice of food too. However, some guests may find the location being noisy.

Property not clean, lot of stains on the walls & cabinets area. Pillows & towels also old & dirty.

I realise my jacket is left in the hotel room when I reached KLIA. I contacted the hotel a few days and the hotel promised to send me email for the details; However, it is a empty promise again and again.

Location is good however hotel lack of staff as a request for hairdyer took 3 calls before it was sent to our room

Near to LRT

pretty standard hotel.... hotel has private carpark but it is a separate 10 ringgit a day, as of this feedback. very close to petaling street but the area seems to be a shadow of itself. everybody seems to be selling very low quality knockoffs.... there are still a few heritage eateries in the area but the shopping seems a bust to me.

Always stay here because of its location. A bit noisy now due to the LRT train passing by

The hotel location is by the train station, can be a bit noisy at times, however its incredibly convenient.

Nice location near chinatown. Very quiet and comfortable. Hallway floors were dirty. Were not vacuumed for 3 days. But my room was great!

The car park is in a very bad situation... too many cars over each park. Very limited n tired conditions. Wanted to stay on but check out early. The staff were nice.

Nothing I liked about the hotel. The parking itself was a big put off. Managed by a third party so you have to pay RM10 but not guaranteed of a parking lot because it's only one floor at the basement. If you come later and there isn't parking, cars are just parked back to back till they spill to the entrance. You have to give your car keys to those managing the parking and they would remove the vehicles. The location isn't safe if you're staying with a family. If you plan to drive around instead of using public transportation, this hotel is not one for you. The amenities are limited, room is congested (mine was a family room but so cramped, there was water on the wooden floor, scratches on the floor too, no bath shampoo, the air cond was super freezing and couldn't be switched off) the list goes on and on.... won't come back here at all. Travelodge KL City Centre is a far cry from Travelodge Ipoh ( I enjoyed my stay at the latter)

Good location. Clean, Comfortable beds, great shower. If there were any issues with our room this was sorted straight away. Didnt like how we were offered to amend the booking before a certain date as booked well in advance and that is why we booked through expedia but when we tried to change check out dates this was not available & paid via voucher so lost a nights stay, as our plans changed. Will not book another travel lodge again.

Excellent location for shopping and transit. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. The River of Life is only 6 min on foot. The KOGO purple bus is 2 min walk from hotel. It's a good hotel if you like to stay in the Chinatown area.

Whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur, Travelodge City Centre is my first choice.because of its location. It is about 5 to 7 minutes walk to Chinatown, f&b outlets are available 24/7 and the Pasar Seni MRT station is just at the back. I have always found the Frontline staff very friendly and helpful. However, for this trip, the counter staff seems to have changed. Previously, the counter staff helped me book Grab to various destinations. However, this trip, the counter staff said she cannot do it. I wonder whether this is a policy of the hotel. The day duty Security Officer is someone who is very approachable and helpful. Each trip I will get to see him smiling and helping with luggages, etc. Really appreciate him.

Each time I visit Kuala Lumpur, my first choice of hotel is Travelodge Hotel City Centre mainly because of its location. It's just 5 minutes walk to Chinatown where good variety of local food is available. And the Pasar Seni MRT station is right at the back making travel to any major shopping mall a breeze. Staff is courteous and helpful too. Room is of reasonable size for its price and cleanliness is maintained.

I really liked the staff they very friendly and helpful, but the most disappointing thing was the rooms. The floors, underneath the bed, in the bathrooms and the windows were very dirty. It was quite difficult to clean it myself, so I had to leave it to the Housekeeping.

Close to public transport system. Lack of night activities.

Brilliant location, train station right next door. China town right next door. Central Market right next door! and many tourist attractions. Great helpful and friendly staff. The best bed i have slept in in Asia!

The distance between the train station and central market within mins walk. The staffs are also friendly. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Good location good price

Being right in the heart of the capital city is such a big thing for this property. Other than that, do not expect too much from them.

Customer before me was checking slower, but understandable as only a front desk working at that moment. Process of check in is smooth and easy for me. Room is more than enough for the price. Area is easy access around KL city center
