We had a room with king sized bed and sofa bed. The pillows were small, the sofa bed was very springy- not comfortable at all to sleep. Otherwise, would have been a good stay.

Always enjoy our stay at Hampton Inn. Only complaint is their breakfast used to be much better. No biscuits & gravy. No sausage or bacon, only fried KUB both days. Fruit selection used to be over the top. The breakfast has definitely gone downhill since before Covid. Acceptable but not excellent.

I booked and paid for 3 rooms, we were not able to check in to any of the rooms until everyone in our family was there to show ID. Other than that everything was good!

It was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient The bathroom had a night light. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

We Did not have any shower towels in our room to shower. We called down. She brought up 1 towel. "THATS ALL THAT IS CLEAN IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL NOT IN ROOMS. THAT THE BEST I CAN DO. GUESS IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MANY ARE IN OUR ROOM. I then called down and she told me she was the only one at the front desk, she has 74 check outs and cant leave the front desk. No manager on site to help. Not her fault. She's very over worked. Absolutely not acceptable!! This is a hotel. Towels in rooms are a necessity. I still have not heard from the manager staff that I left a message for.

The staff is usually the biggest asset--although on this checkout, I had two sleepy girls dressed in sloppy sweatshirts--looked like they just rolled out of bed. Housekeeping gal was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Rooms could use a little updating--can't stream on tv, etc. Bed was super comfy. I've stayed before and I'll stay again

Clean except the shower could use a deep clean inside and out. The shower head needs repair as well as the sink faucet needs to be fixed or replaced the hot water is a trickle. When you try to shut the water off hot or cold you have to make sure the handle is just in the right spot otherwise it drips. RM 407

Great Staff and Service! The location and ease of booking as awesome. All positives including free breakfast selections, cleanliness and comfortable room.
Only negative was a group of guests drinking in hot tub for hours and creating a less than ideal environment for all other guests. Not anyone's fault but bad luck for the rest of us.

First entered into hotel room medication was on the bathroom counter, blue dried what looked like shaving cream on the shower curtain and the soap pump didn't work in the shower.

In Grand Forks for business. Hotel has basic amenities that I needed like a basic gym and free breakfast and all day coffee. Staff was super kind, efficient and genuine. Anytime I purchased anything from the front desk, the staff was so nice. Even at check out and check in. Honestly, the staff was the best part of my stay. I didn’t have a car, but there was a lot of parking available in the lot and well lit. Everything was clean and clearly maintained. I’ll definitely come back here if I find myself in Grand Forks again.

Hotel looks clean however, they are dated. The beds for us are were the most heartbreaker. We couldn't sleep very well, they need to be replaced. AC is also not updated, heater was set too high and had to run in cool mode middle of the night. No remote option as well.
