The location is wonderful - you can walk to at least three parks near the location. I was able to reach a fortress on mountain and botanic garden. There is no problem with hot water, but you need to wait until it becomes hot actually. The conditioner was helpful to warm this place while the temperature outside was low and cool you, when it's hot. The breakfast is good enough, even if you are vegetarian.

The staff at reception was very polite and helpful. Arranged taxis when needed. Guided us to public transport. Checked us in early as we had arrived early. The room was like a small apartment. Overall a good experience.

The Hotel is good. The location is not excellent. Its close to best Church and the presidential Palace (Although you can visit the palace. You can walk around 20 minutes with hills and stairways to get to the tourist area (restaurants, Bar and more attractions) or you can take a taxi (better you have your google map because sometimes the taxis do not know exactly location) However, for the price is good if located in the tourist area will be more expensive.

It says free parking, but there was no parking. Had to park on the sidewalk. The room and shower were very nice, renovated, clean and roomy. BUT was VERY noisy. The guests from the other rooms made noise many time during the night (@00:00, 01:30, 03:45, 05:30), and we could hear everything like they were in our own room. Also the noise from the street from early morning was very loud and disturbing.

This hotel is in a quiet location not too far away from Avlabari metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and tidy. One of Tbilisi's tourist attractions - Sameba Cathedral - is only a couple hundred meters away. I enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very helpful and professional. Not the typical continental breakfast but a big selection of Georgian cheese and cuts, lots of lovely fruits and breads. After a hot day in the city you were always provided with fresh water at the room. The area look a bit rough but is very friendly and cosy. A short walk down the hill you can find a metrostation, a beautiful park and a bridge over to the more touristy old town of Tbilisi. Excellent taxi service that you can pay at the reception after coming back to the hotel.

We got to switch to another room in the beginning of our stay so we have experience from two rooms in this hotel. The beds had already seen their better days (if there ever even were any). The last double bed we had was broken on the other side and my husband had to sleep in a pit of broken springs. The showers had orange mold on the walls and on the floor which at first the staff claimed to be the natural colour of the tile. Just that the same orange colour was also seen in the plastic parts of the shower door and wall. Breakfast below average. We gave it a chance once. Coffee was instant coffee, not fresh and that was enough turn off for me. The location seemed to be an issue to find for taxi drivers although being given the exact address. Staff members were overall kind and very helpful in reserving tables in restaurants etc. I recommend this hotel if you don't have high expectations with basic elements such as quality of sleep or breakfast. I myself will make a reservation to some other hotel in Tbilisi if I go there again.

Comfortable and great location in the heart of the old center. Everything was perfect.

It is bad and you can not sleep ,in summary it is miserable

Nice, unassuming place just up the hill from the presidential palace. A bit away from big tourist areas, which is a relief as they can be crowded and noisy. Good breakfast. Friendly and nice staff. My room was a good value for the price. I suggest getting a corner room if possible, because some others seem dark and gloomy.

ok, a bit over priced as the location was not all that great. Sometimes its all about the location and cleaness. Staff where friendly but not that helpful.

Nice things -everyday we had two bottles of water and also a bottle of wine as a present since we were at Holifays

I arrived at 5am when check in time was 10am. They provided me with a room and never charged me for that early arrival. The room was large with nice shower but it was necessary to let the water to run for some time before it was hot. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold, eggs, pastries, fruit, breads, vegetables and cheeses. The gal at the front desk was spoke excellent English and 4 other languages. She was very helpful with my %$#@ Russian visa. The front desk is manned 24hr/day and will arrange for taxi etc. From the airport the taxi should be 30, I was charged 90 and other guests have been charged as much as 250. The cost of the room, including breakfast, was very reasonable.

I really loved the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were great. But getting from there to other parts of the city proved difficult for my girl friend and I. There is only 1 way to get to the main city easily. Other ways involve crossing shockingly dangerous roads.

It is a small new building in the old part of Tbilisi. Personnel speaks Russian and English.
